Really poor. Very difficult to deal with. We had to wait for their commercial team to confirm receipt of funds. Really poor.

I have formed the opinion that the rental team at Chancellors aim to simply bombard you into submission. BACKGROUND: I made an enquiry about a rental property in Kingston Bagpuise but having undertaken two separate 'drive-bys' concluded that as nice at the property may have been it was not suitable for us due to the noise and bedlam in the road outside. I explained this politely not once but three times to the Chancellors team and still I continued to receive incessant non-stop emails from Abingdon, apparently ignoring my comments and simply trying to get me to register. I have had to be severely brusk to insist that they remove my details as I consider 5 emails in one day to be harassment. So yes, hopelessly disorganised and unprofessional lettings agent.

Just been put through two weeks of inept chasing of a signature on a document. They kept sending an incorrect document with the same mistake multiple times. Then when they finally corrected the document they sent it to the wrong person to sign

When asked to send the correct document to the correct person to sign, they announced that actually no signature was required. Very poor service indeed.

Viewing went well and was well guided and explained. The follow-up was useful and well conducted.

Tom, the estate agent showing us around, was very knowledgeable and friendly, and generally gave us a very good impression of Chancellors as a company.

Ms. Adams has responded promptly with any concerns that need my attention, and has given alternatives for any necessary expenditure. She has often used my secondary e-mail for communication purposes, which is always useful.

We worked with Daisy for a number of years, managing several of our institutional residential flats on West Wat Square Botley. She was diligent, quick at responding and managed most problems before they made it to us. Well recommended

We bought a house with Tom from Chancellors' as sellers' agent. He was excellent. The viewing was thorough, he knew a lot about the house, the neighbourhood and could present all aspects very clearly. Throughout the purchase process he supported us with timely and extensive information. When delays have occurred for legal reasons, he facilitated communication of solicitors, making the purchase possible in the agreed time.

From the start of the process, the team were friendly and honest with us. They displayed confidence that they will get our property sold for the best price...which they did.
The team kept us updated every step of the way via email, phone calls and a very good portal. They also created smooth communication between us and our buyers.
We are so impressed with Chancellors that we would definitely recommend them to family and friends in the future.
