James Incledon secured us an offer at 99% of asking price on day 1 of marketing. The sale hasn’t yet gone through, but we have been extremely impressed by the level of service received thus far.

I am a landlord of a property in Amersham. Leisa Copper and Kai Nelson have been exceptional I must say in the service. In the past, I have many bad experiences with letting. For anything and everything, I had to chase 5 times to get things done. But what a blessing it has been to have Leisa and Kai, both have been so proactive and even suggest things that I forgot or neglect. Truly exceptional customer service!!

Working with Leisa at Chancellor's has been such a wonderful experience. She is so knowledgeable in what she does, I never doubted that she was on top of things. She rented out our flat in no time at all and got us the amount we wanted, she was always professional and very communicative in every step of the process. I received lovely service from Leisa, she was very pleasant on the phone and we arranged a viewing , she was very accommodating as I finish work late.
The viewing went very well, we had a nice chat while she showed us around and gave us plenty of information about the property. She was very polite and easy to talk to, we felt very comfortable. She was quick to get back to us the next day and very clear about the next steps in the letting process.
It was a pleasure working with her and I recommend the agency based on our experience. We are just waiting to pick up the keys, very excited and grateful!

Thanks to James Wright from Chancellors , our recent property purchase went through despite the Covid situation. He was very accommodating in arranging multiple viewings for the even after exchange. he was very prompt in retiring our calls and following up with the seller for any queries we had.
