Really pleased with the customer service I received from Chancellors. Ellie’s professional, yet personable approach, as well as her in-depth knowledge of the property market, was excellent. I would not hesitate recommending this estate agents to others.

Michael was extremely helpful, didn’t rush me in a viewing that was so good that I made an offer! The property ticked most boxes and Michael helped find answers to what I needed before I decided to make this big decision. His open and caring manner and actions prove that he is helping customers achieve what they are looking for. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with him!

Michael showed us around the property which was somewhat out of the ordinary for him and myself as well, I am a wheelchair user and this was a three story house so he went in through the garage. I took off my shoes in the garage .
Made my way slowly up to the lounge/kitchen floor. We looked round and he offered chairs in rooms that didn’t have any so I could take a rest.
Then we went up to. The bedrooms, looked all round a stunning property, backed down to the middle floor. Then we went out onto the decking and Michael ran downstairs to get my shoes for me, which was very kind..
And then we left from the garden.

The house we bought was via Chancellors and the service we have had from Ellie has been absolutely brilliant. Though we did just one viewing with Michael, he was incredibly kind, helpful, punctual, and immensely patient as we were late for the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.
He came across as being friendly, knowledgeable and professional! So grateful we got to work with him even though no purchase was made.

What a great experience I got from Chancellors in Basingstoke. I would recommend them to everyone. Thomas who is the manager was very welcoming from the moment I met him, he came to my property and spent a bit of time looking around and asking questions about the property so that he can feed back to potential buyers. I decided to use Chancellors because of the first impression of him. He asked me to pop in the office to meet the team. I met Fraser on a few occasions when he showed people around my property and when I went to the office, very very pleasant young man, always had a smile on his face and was very polite at all times. I met Nyah at the office and she came around on a couple of occasion to show people around. Again she was very pleasant, polite and always had a smile on her face. All 3 are a total credit to the company. So thank you to all 3 of you for everything you done because between the 3 of you you sold me house very quickly.

Nyah was so patient with our endless questions about the property we wanted to put an offer in on, and our attempts to get information from her about other bids (which she professionally and persistently resisted). Even when she was off sick she ensured our queries went in to a colleague so that there were no delays. At both viewings she was honest and knowledgeable without being pushy. Hopefully this great service continues as we progress the purchase!
