As well as being impressed with the property, Nyah was very helpful in answering our questions. We didn’t feel rushed as we looked around the property. So we left feeling very positive

I met Fraser at a property which needed considerable work and I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the information he was able to provide but more importantly if he was unsure of the answer he was honest and advised that he would find out the answers and come back to me.

I have dealt with many property agents over the years and Fraser impressed me with his honest attitude. He also listened to the conversation between myself and my friend and was proactive in offering to find the information we were discussing.

I’d say you have an extremely good salesman in the making there. No “flannel” and a really great attitude and demeanour.

Agent was very approachable and knowledgeable, was able to answer all questions or find answers for me swiftly.

Ella was lovely and very easy to get along with and made viewing the property a great experience. She was very professional and made me aware of any problems with the property which had already been raised to the landlord to get sorted. We chose to use Chancellors for the sale of our property because of their professional approach and broad marketing approach. We've also found them to be efficient and friendly in all our dealings with them to date. Georgina Rayner has been our main point of contact at the Basingstoke office and has conducted viewings, supplied useful feedback, and advised us on a marketing adjustment that quickly brought an increase in viewings appointments and a quick sale to well qualified buyers. Communication has been good throughout. The sales progression service is also proving very valuable as we move towards exchange of contracts with a full view of the status of proceedings.
I'd be very happy to recommend Chancellors Basingstoke branch, Georgina in particular, and the sales progression service.

Had a few issues with important ,everyday living appliances suddenly not working ( the shower and oven),these issues have been professionally dealt with, they have been excellent,keeping me up to speed with repair and replacement especially appreciated over the Christmas period.
The regular ,clear and polite,communication has helped enormously knowing someone cared and was getting the problems solved.

Georgina from sales provided me with excellent customer service. She goes above and beyond and had really advised and communicated well with regards to next steps and measures needed to be taken to sell my house.

Georgina's courteous nature, personality and professionalism, ensured we were dealing with a very honest and professional company.

I had a dreadful experience with the Basingstoke branch of Chancellors. I was suckered in by a wide-boy salesperson making me think maybe they're the right type to sell a property in the current market. I was wrong, they were useless. So useless in fact that they're no longer with the firm. They were gracious in apologising but that doesn't make up for the damage done. In addition to this, their practice of managing offers from a central office is awful. I'll never bother with a national chain of agents again.
