Great job by the team at Thameside Property Management (Chancellors) during the process of securing a new tenancy at one of my properties. Always efficient and professional, but moreover, Natasha Webster and Steven Slark always found the time to help and support me until everything had been completed. Particular thanks and credit to them!

Jamie handles her role with efficiency, competence and professionalism. As a landlord this inspires confidence. She is diligent in following up on issues and acts as an ideal go-between with tenants and landlord.

We have used Chancellors as estate agent to let a property for us for about 4 years. Our main contacts have been Georgia Collingwood as property manager and Liberty Noke. Both have kept us well informed and have worked with commitment to ensure we have received a good service. Response has been both positive and timely.

I’ve had a very positive experience working with Shana Tolsma from chancellors. They have been consistently professional, responsive, and proactive in managing the property.I truly appreciate her attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to excellent service. The actual moving in process was a bit clunky and poorly organised but different team members if I’m being honest but our appointed property manager Molly has been amazing during our short time at this tenancy. She is very helpful, replies quickly and organised a drain specialist to come out to us far quicker than expected when we encountered an issue.

Isabelle from the Renewals Department was very efficient in arranging the new tenancy agreement.

I had a truly excellent experience working with Liberty. Extremely efficient, reliable, and always well-prepared. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Also very communicative and transparent, always keeping me well-informed at every stage. A true professional — highly recommended!

The team at Chancellors were brilliant from start to finish. They communicated quickly and in full for any issue we had before, during and after our tenancy.

My tenant does have aome difficulties paying and Shana has been amazing .keeps on top of his payments and always informs me ..as an agent I can thoroughly recommend

Had an issue with a leak. Very quick to organise a plumber and get it fixed. Kept up to date on cost and was not expensive.

My attempts to get an acceptable quote for repairs and subsequent agreement to proceed with the works had hit a brick wall until Shana Tolsma took responsibility. She very quickly and efficiently issued the order to proceed with the works, which whoever had been dealing with the issue before Shana had obstructed by demanding payment from me in advance of proceeding (even though there were sufficientfunds in reserve). Hooray for Shana - you need more like her.
