Unfortunately we had dreadful service from start to finish. Peter Morris was nothing short of incompetent. Everything from the sales details to the viewings had to be chased up and corrected by ourselves. Our buyers ended up contacting us directly when Peter didn’t respond to their enquiry and this cost us a lot of money as he suggested we drop the asking price after they had left him a message to ask to view the property at its full price. When we complained to Chancellors after our sale was completed we were offered £200 compensation which we accepted but we would not recommend or use this company again.

Having recently lost my mother I found myself entrusted by her to manage her estate and deal with her financial issues.

I decided to use chancellors of Brecon to take care of the property sale, from the first visit to value right through to an offer on the property I found dealing with them a pleasure.

Joshua was so informative and kept me up to speed throughout the process and made me feel totally comfortable with my decision making a real asset to the company.

I recently enquired about a bungalow in Brecon which is on the market. Peter Morris very kindly arranged an appointment for me and my husband to view the property and showed us around it. He was so friendly and kind and couldn’t have been more helpful. He texted me before the appointment and I also spoke to him about our situation. He listened and was interested in what I had to say. I cannot tell you how wonderful that was to actually have someone listening instead of interrupting. He is a true gentleman and a massive asset to Chancellors. Both my husband and I came away from the viewing feeling really happy. Thank you Peter. 😄

We had a good experience of a viewing with John . He was ready waiting for us he gave us a friendly welcome and introduction. John gave us all the information he had gathered from the vendors and showed us different areas of the garden , he then left us to have a look around on our own which we appreciated.

He gave an excellent viewing to which he allowed us to take our time, answering any questions we had and explained everything we needed to know. I was always kept informed about the interest that was being shown in the sale of my property and Chancellors were pro-active in marketing the property. Agents were available to show potential buyers round and made themselves familiar with the strong selling points the property offered. My experience with Chancellors started in September 2022 and conclude when an offer on the property was accepted in January 2023. Their advertising and promotion of the property was a big factor in securing a sale.

Rocio was already at the property when I arrived, so I was not left waiting. She was pleasant and patient. Rocio was friendly without being intrusive. When I had questions that she didn’t know the answer to, she said so, and subsequently found the information and got back to me.
