I would like to give a special thanks to Amber Norman. We are currently in the process of bringing our house to the market to purchase our next home. Whilst we have been buyers before we have never been "sellers". We really valued Ambers efficient and helpful communication. We really felt that we were in the loop at every step of the process. Not only were we very well informed but we hugely appreciated the timeliness around getting our house on the market (less than 4 days start to finish!). Thanks very much for making a typically stressful process, as relaxed as it could be!

I was really impressed with service delivered by Betsy Plummer. She provided all information needed and took immediate action to complete my request within a day.

Rebecca Fields was superbly helpful, I'm allergic to forms and computer illiterate! With wonderful patience and persistence Rebecca helped me to register for the Chancellors Portal where I can access lots of interesting information.

Avoid! Terrible experience with shockingly bad customer service which is still ongoing a month later with no updates offered, constantly chasing. This was only during a rental transaction luckily not a sale or could have been a lot worse.

I am writing as a landlord, who commissioned Chancellors to manage two properties. They are keen to sign you up, but from then on communication is all but nonexistent. The staff hide behind shared non-personal email addresses, and do not reply to anything that could be construed as a complaint about service.

Update, following the reply from Chancellors: This is so ludicrous that it is almost funny. I said "The staff hide behind shared non-personal email addresses". And what does their reply say? That I should contact "directors at chancellors.co.uk". Says it all.

This is a review regarding the account manager Lauren Bets who has been handling our property for a few months. I have been very satisfied with the service Lauren has provided. She has been very responsive and personable and has dealt with any issues in a timely and professional way. Lauren has been friendly and proactive and I hope she says on the account as she has made a real difference to my overall level of satisfaction with Chancellors.

Very helpful and engaging staff that have given full explanations of all procedures and kept us up-to-date every step of the way. This has made what could be a stressful experience very easy to deal with. The online information portal is comprehensive and easily accessible.

Lauren is always incredibly helpful, her communication is always prompt and responsive which is appreciated. I have always been impressed that she sees the issue/job through despite any hurdles along the way demonstrating a true professional attitude snd approach, thank you!

Rebecca was friendly and efficient and made the changes to the brochure quickly to allow us to progress quickly.

Jake LaCosta was polite, efficient and speedy. He returned my call and quickly resolved the difficulty I was having.

I have been with Chancellors since 2020 and my experience has been horrendous. My property manager has changed so many times without any notification. They don't respond to my emails or call - it's a daily challenge to get hold of them. There have been constant issues with my property and they appear loathed to provide more than one quote to fix the issues. I have gone through several tenants including one tenant who failed to pay their rent for 6 months despite Chancellors reassuring me they do all the checks needed and charging me through the nose for it. Absolutely awful - I would avoid at all costs.

I’m rating my recent experience here because I’ve been extremely impressed with Katie as our new property manager. In the past, we have had to chase Chancellors to carry out works on behalf of our tenants, but Katie has really turned this around. She is professional, attentive and responsive and a real credit to her team.
