I have had my property managed by Chancellors for several years. There have certainly been some ups and downs. However, most recently, my main point of contact has been Fiona Shkreli.
She has proven that she can deal with, find solutions for and resolve any issue that has arisen. She is helpful, polite and insightful. We are happy in the knowledge that our property is being looked after in this way.

Brilliant service from Jenny Webb
Jenny Webb has helped no end in assisting with my launch to market.

Lauren Clancy in Bracknell
Lauren Clancy in Bracknell really helped to resolve the issue of arranging a plumber to come and solve a leak issue at my property. She managed to clarify the new process supporting Dana, property manager, which was causing me slight confusion.
I would suggest Chancellors does need to work out a way that payment can be covered by credit card. Overall Lauren was keen to help and it was really appreciated.

the staff at Bracknell office were most…kind and helpful
the staff at Bracknell office were most helpful but felt let down by Kashan not attend my home when we had agreed a time. thanks for staff at Bracknell for sort the issue and i had Rakesh come over almost on time on friday to start my contract for Sale and mktg. with Chancellors Slough. thanks to you and Amy and Charlie and Paul. kind regards ms. kaur.
