This review relates to the service I have recently received from Katie Porter who has taken over as property manager for the house I rent out. Katie has provided efficient, friendly communication on a number of maintenance issues that have come up in the house. She has been responsive to me and the tennants. I hope she will remain as my contact point on management issues.

Very quick and efficient service by Amber in marketing our property. As soon as we approved the photos, the property was listed almost inmediately.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with the Chancellors who manage our rental home. The last issue (leaking gutter) was resolved particularly quickly (like in two days after I reported it), thanks to Frankie for the swift and efficient response.

Jenny Webb is super responsive, polite and can-do. Always follows up to get things done and in timely fashion. What a welcome difference to the usual service experience we have come to expect in this country. Many thanks Jenny. You stand out!

I had a few issues relating to ID checks and they were able to sort it out.

Pretty easy process go put the house on the market.

The only issue is the amount of emails and text messages I received saying I had not completed certain criteria when I had, this was a little frustrating.
