The timing couldn’t be more welcome. Emma navigated everything with ease. The project involved multiple disciplines of workmanship - from plumbing to electrical to painting, etc., and a lot of coordination.

She communicated with us brilliantly, and unlike previous managers, we were updated with clarity about budgets, prices, and what was happening at each stage. This helps a lot since we do not live near the property. It also made decision making easier for us.
