Nick, Richard and the team got the job done, after our property had been stagnating with another estate agent for many months. As soon as we signed up with Chancellors Chesham viewings were organised quickly and potential buyers followed up enthusiastically. We were beginning to think we'd never sell but the Chancellors team had things moving and shaking very quickly and our confidence was restored, with a successful sale soon after. They were on the ball, professional and tireless, with all their efforts backed by great communication at all times. We're very happy to have worked with them.

James and the team in Chesham have been great from start to finish. Really helpful and communicative throughout, sorting everything out quickly and efficiently for us. Thanks so much!

I am only writing this review to get a response as I have read that Chancellors respond to 97% of reviews in under 24hrs. As a landlord who has placed their faith in their letting services I have received an appalling incompetent service that nowhere approaches this level of care or response. Am I missing something? Yes my rental payment for one from my tenant, as they appear unable to complete this simplest of tasks. A very sorry excuse of a letting agent. Not fair to blame all on the agency as the specialist lettings team and property management arm are particularly noteworthy of their unresponsiveness and inability to perform their duties or respond to instructions.

Despite challenges with our solicitor during our home purchase, James at Chancellors' Chesham office was a beacon of support. He went above and beyond, notably accommodating extra property visits. His dedication, mediation skills, and genuine care under pressure were invaluable. James made a complex journey smoother, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and empathy. Highly recommend for anyone navigating the property market in Chesham.

I've been so very impressed with our dealings with Chancellors Lettings during our search for a rental property. We had registered our requirements with several agents and never heard back.
From first contact with James, Lettings Manager, who immediately "got on the case", to the outstanding service we received from Mithu which absolutely exceeded our expectations.
From our first viewing/meeting with Mithu it felt like he was personally invested in us and our search (it can be stressful finding a rental as our needs were quite specific and properties were often snapped up as soon as they came to market). We literally felt like we were his only client - he was an absolute champion. He kept in almost daily contact - texts, whatsaaps, phonecalls and we know that he represented us well to potential landlords.
We honestly can't fault the service and wouldn't hesitate to use Chancellors again.

To be honest I couldn’t even give. 1 star rating . My soon ex husband to be had the house valued. He asked a member of the team to substantially under value , by £120,000 . Which has cost me a lot of money in solicitor fees on my divorce. I phoned the office to make a complaint, was told that they would get back to me, but have heard nothing at all. I would really question the ethics of this estate agents. So will definitely not be recommending.

Realistic pricing to get the right offer, subsequently accepting an offer fairly quickly and still completing in a difficult market.
Good communication with sales team and then from head office once offer accepted.

From the moment I engaged with Nick at Chancellors I knew that he was the person to sell my house. His careful, considered approach and knowledge of the local market instilled me with confidence that he knew exactly what price to pitch the sale at and what the buyers would be looking for. The marketing of the property was impeccable. The video and photos were of outstanding quality and promoted much interest in the sale. My house was sold within the first week at a price that, in spite of the recent downturn in the market, was more than the asking price. A fabulous result. I cannot recommend Chancellors and all the staff highly enough. All were extremely attentive and were there every step of the process, with much patience and desire to help. Thank you so very much.
