Robert Schaverien recently valued a house for me. He was on time, extremely attentive, imparted a lot of information and answered my questions courteously and professionally. I will definitely call him in the new year when I am ready to market the house. I thoroughly recommend him for his professionalism.

We've bought a property that was managed by Chancellors and 2 points are only for the deal done, but I cannot say it was the best experience working with them.

As a buyer we had to micro-manage almost every step to move forward from viewing to completion. We had to constantly be on top of current status, reminding on surveyors, remaining documents. We had a delay in documents of 2 months that almost prevented whole deal. We had to escalate to get attention and make sure it goes as planned.

I understand they would be working as agents for selling side and I can imagine they would be disappointed in how many items were resolved.

Robert Schaverien has been a great Agent for the number of years I have personally known him. He is extremely professional and very caring. He also comes from my believe as a man full of integrity, credibility and understanding to his customers and friends. I rented a property at 23a orchard avenue N3 3NE, the property had a serious mould issue. With paint coming off the walls and ceilings. Water pouring down the walls when it’s raining. They were fully aware of the mould issue in the property and continued to rent this property out without any health concern of me or my 1 year old daughter. Once they took their money they were quick not to respond. The landlady Mahvash Alerassool is complete nightmare to deal with. Very cunning refuses to fix issues in the property.

The whole property has structural damages to it. This place place should not be rented and these estate agents should be banned for misleading and misinformation! Abouslte disgrace!
