Alfie from the Fleet office was brilliant at selling the house as he sold in less than a week...didn't even have time for the sign to be put up!
We did have a few bumps with the Sales Progression team as the case handler assigned to us originally was not responsive at all, however when Melissa was assigned to our case things actually started happening as Melissa did her best to get responses from the bottom of our chain that was very slow. Overall experience was positive, however could have been outstanding if we had a good case handler from the sales progression team from day 1.

Great experience dealing with Chancellors team. Alfie and Gareth in particular have been very helpful handling my case with ease and smooth communications.

Matt Carter has been my contact with Chancellors for some time now and I cannot praise highly enough his professionalism, help and thoughtfulness.
He was in constant and regular contact with me during the time my property was on the market, which is rare indeed for many Estate Agents.
On the strength of the above I would not hesitate to recommend Chancellors when buying or selling property.

I viewed a property in Fleet that I particularly wanted to see. I live 3 hours away so getting back can be challenging - this one already had a block of viewings lined up so they were only doing them on a certain day but Alfie helped me out, listened to my circumstances and managed to make an exception and get me shown around at a time that worked. This was really appreciated and I haven’t seen this flex from other agents in the area.

Matt was very helpful throughout the property purchase process. Although there also was a dedicated team to follow up/chase solicitors etc. for progress, but on occasions where i needed Matt’s assistance he was always willing to help. I would highly recommend Matt for the excellent service provided throughout the process.

was running late for a viewing and Cameron was more then kind enough to stay and wait for me even after he had finished for the day , went above and beyond to help me with any questions i had. fantastic experince and a real asset to the company.

The estate agents from Chancellors were always very good at staying in contact and keeping us up to date on details with the house. It was always really easy to contact them from our end too if we had any questions etc.

From a buyers perspective I found Martina to be very easy to contact,speak with and arrange viewings, met with warmth and professional support. Kept me up to date with any changes and in mind for any houses that she thought would suit.
She would call back and email when she said she would and gave me just checking in calls.
Wiktotia was also very accommodating arranging viewings and didn't rush us when we looked around.

Teal was very helpful in arranging viewing and negotiating with the landlord in our behalf. Ellie Glynn Was fantastic at progressing all the paperwork required ready for move in date. Thank you Chancellor’s for helping things to go smoothly with our move.

Our letting agent Ellie was fantastic from the moment we walked through the door. Our circumstances were challenging as we needed to move within a week and Ellie went above and beyond to make this happen for us. She is so professional, so hard working and I doubt any other agent would have gone to the lengths she did to accommodate our situation. She made the experience as easy as possible, was so informative and knowledgeable, and we felt like we could approach her with any issue and she would find a way to resolve it.
As always moving is very stressful and we had some issues with referencing which weren’t well communicated between The Lettings Hub and the furthering team at Chancellors, however Ellie was the redeeming factor in all this.
We’re very grateful to her and she is a huge asset to the company.
