The staff at Fleet Chancellors were polite and professional. Sarah Turner was exceptionally helpful. Sarah was excellent at keeping me updated and answering any queries I had.

Our recent experience working with Sarah Turner, Client Sales Manager, at Chancellors was excellent. Sarah was extremely professional yet also very personable and was able to deal with delicate situations in an understanding and diplomatic way. She kept to her promise of up dating us regularly, which was really appreciated. She was honest and gave us the time we needed when making certain choices and decisions. Having had a completely different experience with another agency, Sarah was a real breath of fresh of air and someone I would highly recommend.

Sarah and Ryan were so supportive during the always stressful time of house selling. They were always so positive and just took all of the pressure of house moving away. They were always at the end of the phone and kept us fully updated all of the time.

I can only say we have had five star service from chancellors estate agents. Sarah is always available with excellent advice & always answered our questions honestly & frequently. Sarah & Ryan sorted out any little problems professionally & always with a smile. They kept us up to date with any information at all times & we would like to thank them both for guiding us through our buying & selling journey.

Both Ryan and Sarah who have been dealing with the sale of our property have been pro-active and attentive to our account. We agreed with the proposed strategy to hold an open day, held just one and a half weeks after instructing Chancellors to sell our house. We received multiple offers and despite our original buyer pulling out, we are back under offer with a new buyer. Eve in the central office has also been pro-active in pushing the deal forward. So far, so good.

Ryan and the team have been great from start to finish. Super friendly and helpful would recommend Ryan to anyone.

Sarah proved that she knew what she was talking about and achieved us a quick sale at a price more than we were expecting. Chancellors of Fleet have been great.
Experience of working with them has been very positive both prior to putting property on the market and after. The team managed to sell my property within a couple of weeks at a price well over the advertised price and beyond my expectations in such a quick time. The communications from the whole team including Gary and Mellisa prior to sale and also Gabriella who is great at chasing up everyone to get the sales process moving. The other thing I found very useful were the regular updates on the marketing which provide details of views on the website, number of enquiries and progress which was excellent information that helped me to see the level of marketing being undertaken.

From the initial showing with Sarah, then Gary, through offer to completion the team were available and speedily communicative between the parties involved in my buying the house. I would happily recommend Chancellors’ team.
