Ian newton at chancellors really made the buying process a breeze. Despite purchasing from abroad he was very accommodating and diligent with the purchasing process.

Couldn’t recommend more to anyone wishing to work with Ian.

Ian Newton (Hampstead office) was very proactive in dealing with various queries, various documents required and communication between solicitors, mortgage lenders/brokers, EAs in the chain, buyers and sellers. He went beyond his responsibilities and is very efficient and fast in dealing with issues and delays (which were outside his control).

Great experience working with Chancellors, specifically Ian! He really helped the process through, not just at the offer stage but all the way through completion. He went above and beyond to support me (the buyer) and the vendor. If I ever buy again or have any friends buying would 100% recommend working with Ian!

Being a first time buyer buying a London property was complex and I found chancellors to be a saving grace by guiding me and facilitating the property buying process, I am very happy with the service provided, especially from Mr. Newton.

Chancellors team of the Hampstead branch (Ian Newton supported by Bella Slade) demonstrated a highly professional approach to marketing my flat using their differentiated Open House and direct marketing/sales campaigns which led to successfully finding a suitable buyer for my property in around 4 months and sale completion couple of months thereafter. So the whole process including their regular interim updates on the sale progress as well as local market data met my expectation and convinced me to drop the other estate agents in the multi-agency mix and just focus on Chancellors. I am satisfied with the outcome although I would have much preferred a sale transaction at a price tag closer to my asking price.
