Great job by John and the team in securing a new tenant. John in particular was very responsive in finding the right tenant quickly and overseeing the process through to the moving in day. This is why I keeping coming back.

Very personal and professional approach to the viewing- a great asset to your team!

Portia in the Maidenhead office helped with the sale of our property. We are very happy with everything she did to make things go smoothly. She always picks up the phone swiftly and is really on the ball with what is happening in the office and with the sale in general.

Chancellors has handled the letting of our property very professionally and I would like to make a special mention of John McLaughlin in the Maidenhead Office
and Chantelle Manuel in Central Lettings Bracknell.

Although we took a while getting sold...Portia was very helpful and patient throughout.

Because my first viewing with Flynn,
made me feel relaxed and happy to do business with Chancellors…
our second viewing with the rest of the family was with a totally different member of the team, this made me feel a little nervous,
but I need not of worried.
Brendan turned up on time as well…
Brendan was just as friendly and was great with our youngest daughter (of five) as we wizzed around with a tape measure.
Brendan was very patient and he didn’t make us feel rushed, he was very polite and well dressed… 10/10

Portia was waiting for us when we arrived on time for our viewing. She was very welcoming and pleasant and answered any questions we had in a helpful and professional manner. She showed us the property and gave us plenty of time to look around as well as offering to obtain more information for us regarding services provided at the property.

Hmmm, I'm seeing good ratings from people selling their homes, but what about their services for landlords looking to let a property ? NOTE: I am not a Chancellors customer, I have never been one, and [now] will never be one.

I recently had an unsolicited approach from Chancellors via phone and follow-up email which has me wondering what planet they are on.

Someone from Chancellors called me and left a message saying (I'm paraphrasing for their anonymity) "I can see your property is unoccupied, and I have a lovely couple who I can bring over to view the property this weekend."

hmmm...

1.) property address he mentioned is correct
2.) property is not in the town this agent says he wants to bring people over to view (but "close enough" maybe ?)
3.) property is already occupied with tenants, what makes him think the property is unoccupied ? How did you "see that the property is unoccupied" ?! Did you look at a listing from several years ago from one of your competitors ?
4.) I have never listed a rental property with Chancellors (nor would I now)
5.) Seems like an aggressive half-baked letting service grasping for straws - why would you need to do that in a demand market ? - meh.

Our experience with Chancellors Maidenhead was professional and efficient service. Farid is a legend, he really helped us through the process, he took his time to explain everything in details, he fast in replying our emails and also our phone calls. I would highly recommend chancellors for letting requirements. Thanks to all the chancellors team, especially Farid thanks for your patience.

Finlay was professional and courteous and after he led the open house viewings of our house we received an offer, which attests to his skills as a salesman.
