From first making contact with Shannon, a viewing was arranged immediately at a time that easily suited us, from there communication was great and we were kept updated. On the day the viewing went well, Shannon had all the information we could want, including a document with all the property details, very handy. She followed up with us the next day as she said, and has let us know she will keep our details and contact us with anything else in the future. All in all a very good experience, thank you

I was shown the property by Harry Taylor (one of the sales negotiators) who was knowledgeable, interested and helpful without ever becoming pushy.

Maurice was outstanding. He helped us find the perfect tenants for our property. His communication was brilliant, and he went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend Chancellors and specifically Maurice. We won’t use any other estate agent now. 5 STAR SERVICE.

Chancellors were extremely helpful. They kept in touch with us although the process. Very friendly too.

Sole focus on commission over rules customer empathy and experience with this agency. Their sales contract is one sided in their favour so do read the small print and clarify legally before you sign up, it's tie in period is 6 to 7 months at the minimum and they will claim for recieving commission whether or not they actually did any buyer introduction, they then get robotic on their contract without context or consideration for what transpired. By far the worst agents I have dealt with and I have sold with a few in my time.

John was brilliant from the first call. He had a depth of knowledge on the property and made the process of looking to rent very easy through his professional approach and great customer skills.

We ultimately decided to move elsewhere (away from Maidenhead) but appreciate all the support John provided.

Emma dedicated herself fully to make sure my conveyancing was moving forward by doing daily phone calls and daily emails to all parts involved in the conveyancing. Emma also replied to my questions quick and promptly.

Very good in a market where some houses are not selling for more than a year. Ie my friend in Windsor. Chancellors sold mine in 8 weeks.
