As a first time Landlord i have found the whole process of renting a house rather daunting.
Thankfully, Chancellors (Maidenhead) and in particular Madeline Fox, have really helped in making me understand every step of the way and been clear and informative of any queries I had.
It really does make a difference having a friendly voice on the other end of the line and I look forward to working with Madeline and the rest of the team for the foreseeable future.

I have communicated with Alex who has provided me with a prompt service. He is always polite and friendly, helpful and quite knowledgeable in his areas of expertise. Alex explains and articulates quite well which makes communication with him a breeze. He seeks approval from me before proceeding with any commitments about my purchase, which I greatly appreciate. He has an eye for the details and works in a timely manner. Alex conducts himself very professionally and respectfully. From the initial call until now, he has constantly shown a very positive and helpful attitude, which is admirable.

Avoid at all costs. They are great until you sign on the dotted line and then they don’t reply to emails or phone calls. My tenants were not advised re council tax and now I have received a summons. I have contacted them twice by phone and twice by email. Nothing. Hideous service.

Farid helped me through the moving process with ease and he was always avaible on the phone if i had any issues

The place was nice and the area looks nice and quite. Wish there was a garage but we can do with the storage at the back
