Brilliant service from Ella, clearly answered our questions and to the point met our needs. First time using Chancellors and from the first day they have been fantastic and prompt! I recommend

Ella from Chancellors has a really friendly vibe. She gave us a tour of the house with a smile and she is really accommodating with our questions.

Nothing was too much trouble from start to end. Highly recommended. The entire process was managed well, with the bare minimum of hassle. I'd use these guys next time for certain.

the host was so nice with us, even do was late for 10 minutes, she show us the apartment's, moreover she also answer to all our queries.

Perfect. She explained everything in a plain term for easy understanding. She was on time and took us in as we came for viewing. She's very professional. Everything nice and sharp.

Terrible experience with Chancellors where they told a story they did not follow up on, they promised a lot of things and sadly delivered nothing.

A lack of interest from the moment I signed my contract with them, not calling on agreed days to call, 3 weeks to change items on the advertisement where agreed and impossible to get a response from. Poor advertisement with badly written descriptions and just lack of effort on things like uploading two of the same pictures one edited and one not which just was embarrassing, Only arranged 1 viewing in 3 months. Very poor effort, attention to detail, and a service to someone who is supposed to be their client, do not recommend.

Had a fairly large issue, few hiccups along the road but everything was dealt with within a couple of hours of Dana’s attention being on the situation. All’s well that ends well!

Dean Smith, the South-East client manager, is an interesting piece of work mind. Patronising, sarcastic, just the perfect epitome when you think “poor people skills.” Telling me as a renter if it was important I should just “pay for a plumber myself”. That’s not how a tenancy contract works, you’d think a client manager would know that. Better training required possibly.

The fact the review remains at 5 is due to the attentive nature of those at the lettings within the Reading branch and those who assisted at head office.

We are happy with the way Chancellors of Reading have handled the problems as they have arisen. In particular the initial sorting of the central heating and minor changes of the lighting switch in bedroom1 and replacing the original oven.

She was warm, polite and communicative and made everything seem so simple! It was also clear that she had a good rapport with the tenant in the property which indicated to me that she is no doubt respectful of his own time and space. Brilliant service all round. Thank you.
