Alex was a fantastic agent. He was really helpful as my train was delayed, so he picked me up from the station so I could see the property. He was very polite, lovely to deal with and helpful with my questions. Overall a great viewing experience.

Very professional. Friendly and we felt comfortable looking round with him. He explained lots of things such as the fireplace and why the property is priced at that amount. He didn't rush us, so gave us enough time to look round.

It was a great experience for us for now. Alex helped us with setting up a viewing and he was very helpful with explaining all the details and describing the area of the property.

I have recently visited a property being sold through Chancellors and was impressed with the overall professionalism of the combined efforts of the Senior Sales Negotiator and Sales Manager respectively. All information and responses to open questions were provided in advance of the viewing which was conducted on time at the site. I was impressed by their market knowledge and felt at ease when discussing the options available to me. At no time did I feel pressured into making a hasty decision as a spirit of transparency and trust existed throughout the visit. In short due to the proactivity of the team acting on my behalf has secured an offer and I would like to thank the team at Chancellors for this professional service and for supporting me throughout the process.

Luke and Dan were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. They was always at the end of the phone or email. Luke really took the time to listen and understand my needs during a difficult time. They show a lot of experience and confidence in what they say and do. Everything was well organised for an open day which made life in a busy house with children easier. They offered a weekly call which I felt was helpful and enough. When the sales progression team got involved I was still able to speak to Luke & Dan if needed. They didn't just pass you over once you had a buyer. Their communication through the chain was a great help at times. They were always very polite, friendly, clear and approachable.
