I recently had the pleasure of working with Simran and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service I received. From the initial inquiry to post-viewing follow-ups, Simran consistently demonstrated remarkable professionalism, integrity, and a genuinely friendly attitude. Before the viewing, she provided detailed information about the property and promptly answered all my questions, ensuring I was well-prepared. Having not moved for 23 years, we came into the home buying process fairly green & fresh faced. We had initial concerns as you do hear horror stories about estate agents sometimes. We needn’t have worried. Tariq was professional throughout the process and allayed all our fears. He was incredibly patient and understanding. The worst agent we have used. After purchasing their silver service we heard nothing whatsoever from them after introduction. Our tenant left after 13 months without the contract being extended so we had to collect rent for the final month, arrange checkout, etc. We then received a bill for the 13th month. I asked what service they were billing for and they could not articulate an answer but referred it to a debt collection service. They also sold us a very expensive Deposit Replacement Scheme for 650gbp. When I submitted the required paperwork and attempted to claim they kept stalling with utterly nonsensical answers, eventually telling me the deadline for a claim had passed. We will be referring the matter to the FOS. Chancellors have since been blacklisted on all of our properties and I would urge caution on behalf of landlords and investors. Please feel free to contact me if you have experienced similar in respect of misselling as if it is commonplace there are grounds for a class action.

Edit: I can see the response and email provided. That email has been already been copied in on all correspondence and I've heard nothing from any of the directors.

Daniel made the purchase of my investment property as painless as can be.
