Ricky is always contactable and always follows up on e-mails with phone calls. I had a {privilege} to del with Chancellors Stanmore back in Sep-2021 when I was planning to move to a new property. The initial experience was very nice, and the letting agent was quite friendly. We looked at few properties, and finalized on one of them. I was about to pay the Fee and rest of the deposit, where things went little wrong. To my surprise, I was asked for 6 months advance rent (who asks for this?)… initially I was little hesitant, but since I liked the property, I agreed to pay 6months advance rental. NOW... to my surprise after a day, the agent started asking me advance rental of 1 YEAR... insane. Who pays one year advance rental, and who asks for it.

Really pathetic and unpleasant experience.

I want to flag the excellent service that I’ve received from Amelia in the coordination of my tenant references. Amelia has been prompt, responsive and very helpful in giving us information and following up on our actions. What I really admire is that she is always so upbeat and positive and I can only imagine that it’s not an easy task as you are trying to get tenants to complete the process. I know this is her job but it’s nice to have the customer focus come to life. Thank you to Amelia and really appreciate the support.
