Julia is wonderfully friendly and professional, I immediately felt like I was in good hands. Very easy to talk to and so knowledgeable about the properties she shows. All these great qualities make dealing with estate agencies a seamless experience!

I've never moved home before and chancellors was the first agency I got in contact with and the first to help me move out. I was looking to rent a three to four bedroom house between £1700-£2100 to which they delivered exactly that.

I was helped every step of the way by my agent who was super easy to get in contact with and constantly updating me on the progress of the paperwork/move, any problems I did have were swiftly delt with. If I ever need to move again in the future chancellors would be the first agency I'll get in contact with.

Hannah Fullbrook in Stanmore branch helped me to find the place where I am living at the moment. I had to come from far away, hence, I had a very limited time to view houses. She understood my situation and tried her best to show me as many places as possible and I could find the one I love. It was the last one and the time was Saturday evening! She is really a hard worker and you will find her very helpful as well. I had a couple inquiries after I moved in and they handled it very well. Therefore I strongly recommend this branch for looking for house rent etc.

We have been dealing with Zac Talic at Chancellors in Stanmore and have found him to be very helpful and professional in dealing with a difficult transaction at a very busy time due to the stamp duty holiday. I can thoroughly recommend Chancellors, and Zac and his colleague Andrew Karamanlis in particular, to anyone looking for a professionally run estate agents.

I used Chancellors to let a property for the first time. For the main, I dealt with a gentleman called Ricky Veale. He is professional, knowledgable of current markets, and gets the job done. He dealt with tenants respectfully, and the property was let within a couple of weeks at the full asking price. Ricky will also go above and beyond dealing with matters that other agents won't, taking the pressure off myself to get on with my regular day job.

With regards to the rest of the team, they to were always professional, maintained good communication throughout the whole process, and their use of IT made everything simple and straight forward. I would certainly use Chancellors again

Andrew Karamanlis was invaluable in helping us to buy our property. He was friendly and professional. The service I received from him and Chancellors as a whole was top quality from viewing to completion. He, Hannah and Lorrain at Chancellors gave us sound advice and also took the pain to explain many intricancies in buying in detail. Chancellors took the trouble to keep us continually informed, and so I was able to complete the purchase before stamp duty holiday deadline.
