I had a fantastic experience interacting with your lovely staff and in particular George who really went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied. He was kind and attentive to my every need and having moved house many times in my life he was by far the best agent I have dealt with

Still in the house buying process and have dealt with a number of Estate Agents so far. George at Chancellors has been genuine, honest and relatable and my partner and I have really appreciated his approach over any other. His customer service level is excellent, with follow ups to make sure we've had all our queries answered. He's a credit to Chancellors Thame!

Professional and friendly at all times
I've dealt with Michelle Berrell at Chancellors in Thame and from the very first phone call have found her to be warm and personable. Service has been excellent so far and I'm sure will continue to be so.

Chancellor Thame has been dealing with the sale of the house. Our dealings with all the staff of this branch has been very good, George who is dealing with the sale of the house is friendly, very enthusiastic and responsive to any enquiries we have and has conducted himself in a very professional manner.

Initially We were quite nervous about making the decision to put our house on the market, we weren’t sure what price to start at etc, after talking with George and listening to his sound advice we took the plunge and we are so happy we did, he has been so helpful with all his advice and guidance throughout, hes achieved the best possible outcome for us and sold very quickly, he has always kept us up to date with almost instant feed back after each viewing, we couldn’t be happier with the service we have received

We had unusual circumstances with the purchase of our new home however could not praise Veronica and her team any higher absolutely fantastic down to Earth help and communication. Veronica and team are prompt and act immediately to any situation. Very capable of looking after buyers needs and sellers needs. Top marks for me massive thumbs up been a pleasure to work with.

We have been really impressed with our contact with Chancellors in Thame. George in particular has been fantastic, he has kept in close contact with us throughout our search and often calls to check in on how our relocation plans are progressing. George has always been friendly, polite and honest about properties we have seen, so I would strongly recommend speaking with him if you are considering purchasing a property in this area.

KEEP AWAY..Terrible,bullies liars they have been harrasing me and my family in a property they dont even rent to us but at the same time trying to sell it for the landlady, on Friday they blocjed our driveway didnt make them selfs known forced there way in the side entrance trying to stay under the radar and dug a great big hole in the garden without our consent i caught them in the act with my kids in the car and there was persons in the house and police turned up we got them both out this was the bully agent George from chancellors and the potential buyer guy i have there entrance and all there illegal antics on servaillance plus video they left the hole in the ground and the gate on the floor a serious health and saftey hazard..we spoke to other agencies that worked for them and said this is why they left them because of there disgusting shark like bullying we are taking thus further with ombudsman and mp

Zoe was extremely helpful, polite and professional and responded well to our questions and comments. All the arrangements for our viewing were well handled, taking account of the current COVID guidelines and follow-up has been appropriate and well managed.

I have found George to be a pleasure to work with, professional, honest, very amenable and has kept me informed throughout the process and has secured a sale under difficult times.

Mr Whitburn makes an excellent first impression. He has an abundance of interpersonal skills, seemingly able to quickly assess his clients' inclinations and needs. He also carries a wisdom and insight beyond his years. He facilitates a relaxed rapport, which in turn allows business to proceed with a minimum of 'getting to know you' chatter. I anticipate a rapid career progression for Mr Whitburn, who will prove a worthwhile asset to Chancellors.
