Stacy was at the property ahead of time, courteous & polite. She also answered any questions I had and promised to get any information I needed following the viewing.

Friendly and welcoming staff in the office. Stacy accompanied me in viewing a property and was knowledgeable and efficient. The viewing was not hurried and I felt at ease.

A far superior service compared to other main brand letting agents
So far our experience using Chancellors Lettings in Thatcham has been very positive. Our main point of contact has been Louise Hamilton.
We have found all the staff to be professional, friendly and helpful.
Louise has been very supportive and a great help during the rental process

Mr Tom Major of Chancellors Estate Agents Thatcham
Mr Tom Major came to advise us about selling our house, he was very informative helpful and answered all our questions. When we gave him the go ahead to sell our house he was very efficient and sort everything for us very quickly with out us feeling pressurised. We're very pleased we went to Chancellors Estate Agents and of course it was Mr Major who came to see us.

Met Louise at a house viewing, where we were greeted at the front door and welcomed in to the property. She was very friendly, polite and answered all questions in a professional manner. Louise made the viewing a pleasurable experience.
