From start to finish kept us informed about prospective buyers, and provided feedback. This enabled us to adjust our expectations resulting in a sale.

This company have had 2 opportunities to sell our property and despite taking their guidance on both occasions and each time marketing it with them for over 4 months, on neither occasion they did not manage to get one single potential buyer through the door. I believe their marketing strategy is all wrong. They just blanket send the details to anyone, without bothering to find out what the person even wants. The feedback we received is that 'it's a lovely property, but just a bit remote' which tells us that the people being marketed to are not looking for this type of property. To have had the opportunity twice, for a total of over 9 months in all, and not get a single viewing says that something is seriously wrong with this company's strategy. Sending emails to say its had hundreds of detailed views online and not one viewing, says it all. The price was set each time as advised, then lowered considerably and still nothing. Avoid this company if you are serious about selling. They haven't got a clue.
One star only for their communications, which were regular but uninformative.

First off, I must say my personal experience with my William who was in charge of my sale personally. He was beyond exceptional. But when he took time off and I was left without him on hand, it was frustrating. Phone calls left unanswered, messages unreturned, emails ignored. The list goes on. As soon as he returned he rang me straight away and in less than 48 hours had sorted every outstanding issue, and then had sold my house within 3 days above asking price. My 3 stars reflects my overall experience. But William is beyond a 5 star service.
