Excellent and professional service from Aroosa. She followed up the viewing with a phone call offering other properties in the area as someone beat me to the flat in Windsor. They were also happy to take me on as a rental applicant even though I am retired. This is unlike some estate agents. Credit to them for that.

When speaking to Sam he helped me out by providing information on the processes of purchasing a property being a first time buyer.

My family and I had one of the best property viewing experience yesteray as we felt very comfortable to ask more questions and even viewed some of the rooms twice as the kids wanted to check the view from the window.

I must say viewing a house with family of four may distract your attention to some details which you always remember after you leave. However, our estate agent Cameron made it a very pleasent experince.

The prospective tenants arrived over an hour late for a viewing despite advising us that they weren’t far or that they would take so long to arrive when Aroosa made calls to keep in touch with them. Not a normal situation I understand but myself and Aroosa weren’t in a rush to leave and therefore decided to wait than to re arrange. Aroosa handled the whole situation in a very calm manner throughout and then when they arrived she went on to show the property to them in a professional manner to the point that they made an offer before leaving. Aroosa was excellent. Definitely the best lettings negotiator that I have come across so far.
