Ella Carrol has been an absolute breath of fresh air to work with and I highly recommend her. She has listened to everything we might be worried about and been an excellent advocate for our property. I felt in really safe hands with her which felt like a contrast to previous experiences with other agents that have left me feeling insecure. She has a really proactive attitude which we really hoped for. Highly recommend selling a house with Ella in Chancellors Witney!

Viewed the property on two occasions, both with Julietta.
We had excellent and clear communications over email and on the phone and Julietta was every bit as good in person

I wish i had never had to deal with them. We were apparently first in the queue applying for a new rental I got everything together had the funding, credit checks fine even spent time off work to get extra income information for them from my accountant which they asked for. The person Hannah we were dealing with just never answered the phone or replied to emails literally the next day, 19 unanswered calls to her. Following this the house was marked as Let, in less than a week from applying, no communication at all and still to this day to reply from her. They were obviously playing us off against others, total discrimination. What’s worse is my partner called the Witney office main office to get answers and complain and they hung up on her! Complete time wasters , just a response or discussion or some form of human interaction would have saved a lot of hassle and time.

We had a great experience viewing a property with Ella. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely knowledgeable about the house and the local area. Throughout the viewing she provided plenty of useful information, pointed out details we might have missed, and answered every one of our questions with confidence and clarity.

We had a really positive experience with Ella for viewing of a house. We put in an offer and had negotiations with constant prompt updates. Unfortunately it wasn’t the right deal for us but Ella was professional and helpful throughout.

Great communication throughout the sale process on a regular basis and if felt like the team were taking a genuine ownership of the sale itself. Everyone I spoke to were extremely helpful and Jay did a fantastic job to enable us to get to the right conclusion.

The staff member was always exceptionally prompt and sincere in their assistance. Despite English not being my first language, they communicated with me kindly and courteously throughout, and I truly appreciated their genuine willingness to help and support me.She always spoke in a warm and cheerful manner, which made me feel reassured and at ease.　She also spokes slowly and clearly over the phone for me, and kindly sent the same information by email as well, knowing that I find written communication easier to understand.

From arranging the viewing upto the actual viewing of the property, Hannah Rae was brilliant. We were kept up to date with any cancellations and time changes in a timely manner. The viewing was not rushed and we were given the enough opportunity to see the property at our own pace. Hannah Rae answered all our questions with patience and professionalism. Julietta met us at the property on time and showed us around. She had a friendly manner and was knowledgeable about the property. She could answer all our questions while we were there and was happy for us to contact her if we had any further queries.
