In our search for a property to rent near Wokingham, Cathleen has been an asset. She was kind, patient and resourceful. within a very short time she managed to arrange three viewings, which I thought was amazing, keeping in mind the budget and the time we were looking for those properties. I wish her and her team all the best.

Cathleen was very kind and accommodating. Nothing was too much of a trouble for her. She was very patient with us especially as we had to do second viewings.

I had a viewing with Cathleen who was very helpful, kind and informative when she was showing me around the property. She had an answer for everything I asked and went out her way to provide me with information about the area and property.

This isn't about the Fleet office, but about Chancellors as a whole. If it were possible to give an estate agent a negative score, this would be the time. This company are clowns. We used them for both the rental of a house, where they abdicated any responsibility for its upkeep and maintenance, to the sales of the house, where they were simply incompetent. There is no coordination between their departments, we had to connect the dots. Unbelievable. They told half truths to the buyers, and to us, there were frequent changes of staff, some of who only lasted a week, never to be heard of again. They earned about 5k from us and they don't deserve a penny. They are shocking, truly shocking. Don't expect them to support you as a landlord and don't expect them to support you in a sale, or if you want to buy something. When I met the buyer, we swapped 'stories' about them. We thought Romans were bad, which why we changed to Chancellors, and when Roman's look good, you know you're in trouble. A letter to their corporate office will be following...

Cathleen was a wonderful estate agent, On viewing of a property she was friendly and welcoming. Any questions I had asked regarding the property, the area or the landlord she had a answer for all and wasn't afraid to say she would have to double check, if she didnt know. (Ive had times a estate agent has lied). After the house viewing she followed up the next morning and even though it wasn't a fit still sent places she thought matched my criteria.

Exceptional service, Cathleen went above and beyond to make sure all my needs and requirements were met. Everything was handled swiftly and with a great deal of consideration. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family.

Cathleen was really attentive and supportive, she was understanding of our situation and worked really hard to make sure we secured the right property for us. Highy recommend.
