My experience throughout the recruitment process was excellent. I was first contacted discretely through Xing (German career network) and decided to listen to the proposal that Shadab Mohamed presented to me. From the beginning, I had the feeling of being in the hand of professionals: Mails were answered quickly and telephone meetings were on time and on topic. Furthermore, I was always in the loop, have been provided with the relevant information and feedback on time, and was prepared well for the interview process. I very much appreciated the approach of having frequent open and honest discussions to ensure that the interests of the client and my personal interests were well aligned.
