This was about 9 trip to various airports with this great company.

Nightmares with OTHER COMPANIES..

Let me explain we’ve been travelling abroad from various airports over 50 years…and in our early days the service we had from other transfers companies and Airport Parking Companies has been “ Horrendous “

Damaged a new Car that I’d just purchased No responsibility at all.
Transfer companies leaving us stranded in the middle of a winters night.. Not turning up and notifications… could go on …

Thank God for Chapmans a Company that Cares

Efficient booking with everything confirmed by text. Drivers keep in contact with you as soon as you have landed. Clean vehicles with polite and helpful drivers. Would definitely recommend.

We have used Chapman Transfers several times now. They are excellent from start to finish with very competitive prices. Nothing is too much trouble. Booking on line couldn’t be easier & the Company send u a confirmatory form in the post detailing all your requirements to check. They are so polite & helpful texting you the day b4 departure & again b4 u arrive at yr destination airport.
They are prompt at all times, texting u in advance that they are there for you.
Marvellous efficiency service either by email or phone & we would highly recommend them.

Reliable pleasant sent message sent call met me at arrivals. Was in wheelchair took case and asked if I could manage to car.

Great company to deal with. Good comms throughout initial booking and pick up at airport. Driver was on time for collection and monitored flight in case of any delays.

I recently used this company for travel to Manchester Airport and 2 weeks later back to Freckleton. Both drivers were excellent, very helpful and friendly. The pick up instructions for Manchester airport were very clear and worked perfectly. And I got a carton of milk for when I got home!

Yet again another excellent transfer to and from Manchester airport.
Booking via whats app couldn’t be simpler, I also love the fact that the confirmation is sent via post outlining all the details of your booking.
We have used Chapmans for all our transfers and every time they go above and beyond. Wouldn’t use anyone else.
