Michaela R of customer service has a nasty habit of continuously blaming customers. Wrong size? Customers fault. Delivered to the wrong place? Customers fault. Any issue whatsoever..... customers fault. Michaela treats customers like they are worthless and unintelligent while she lies away and fails to be of any help. I also took 4 charmed aroma rings to a jeweler to see what the rings are actually made of. I have a certified and notarized report stating the rings are BRASS and just silver plated with fake fraudulent 925 stamps. Everything about this company is horrible. Don’t waste your money or integrity.

Les bougies sont belles, au vu du prix heureusement. Je n'ai pas vu les bijoux. J'ai eue la très mauvaise surprise d'avoir en plus de la facture de la commande des frais de dédouanement ! Certes il est spécifié sur le site que ceux si sont à notre charge mais je ne m'attendais pas à ce montant qui en résulte prêt de 150 euro pour 2 bougies (commande incluse). Un peu cher à mon avis !! Je ne commanderai plus sur se site !!

Expérience super désagréable.
De prime abord ces bougies paraissent moins chères mais c’est sans compter sur les frais de douane ( 40 euros pour ma part ) qui ne sont pas stipulés à l’achat.
Au final, des bougies plutôt sympas mais des bijoux médiocres.
Un sav qui s’en moque quand vous avez un souci.
Un conseil: achetez ce genre de produits en Europe, c’est moins cher et plus qualitatif. De plus en cas de soucis vous aurez un recours, chez charmed aroma...non.

Absolutely appalling!!

I ordered in November and it was taking a while to come as i still didn't have it in December. After emailing them a couple of ties i was told i would just have to wait due to COVID-19 which i understood.

February came and still nothing so i emailed them again asking where it was with no response. the package came by DPD when i was out. instead of leaving it with a neighbor which i requested they sent it back to the states. i am in the UK.

this was in March.. it is now May and i have just recently received an email saying they got it back and could i confirm my delivery address which i did and they said due to me being in the UK they can't resend it so they will give me a refund instead which i accepted. I spent £41.97 with Charmed Aroma, my bath bombs cost £13.99 each and i bought 3 so a total of £41.98 with taxes and shipping. they have issued me a refund for £26.98.

£26.98!!!! not even a full refund for the package i never even received and they are refusing to send back. worst company i have ever dealt with and they were Christmas presents that people never received. which upset me as i had spent that much for peoples gifts i then had to spend further money getting different gifts and i don't even get a full refund? what kind of company is this?!!! Never again, the agents never get back to you and they don't give all of your money back when your entitled to it anyone thinking of buying from here there are plenty other companies that do ring bath bombs just please dont cause yourself unnecessary stress and shop here. Disgraceful.

Bought a few different things from them and they all have been amazing. Only once have I received a broken candle and they sent a replacement quickly and the customer service was amazing! I recommend them as long as you are willing to wait a bit for shipping.

I was disappointed an "EU" shop happened to actually deliver from the USA so did take a long time. Unfortunately I had issues with candles being broken in the post. However I reached out to charmed aroma with a quick response and no fuss they sent replacements. I see many reviews stating the rings turn your finger green they clearly state in the description rhodium plated with silver. There are 925 silver options which I went for, none have turned fingers green and all are really pretty the stones really sparkle.

First of all it took absolutely ages for my order to arrive. Once it arrived I was very disappointed to see that I was sent the wrong items and I had barely any help when trying to sort it out. Then when I decided to just open the wrong item received the ring inside the candle turned my finger green after one day. it’s basically a scam and the rings are definitely not in between the price range they claim and the candles don’t last long at all

I placed an order a month ago and still haven’t received it. The Canada post tracking information continues to say the item has been delayed. When I submitted a ticket for this issue all
Charmed aroma did was email me to advise me my items are on the way. They did not address the issue or indicate what caused it. I still have not received an update

Super expérience with the customer service. I did a mistake and asked for a cancellation of my order and they replied very quickly and helped me well! I’ll order again from this serious company. Thanks again Julie!

DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY
I have ordered from them before and it was all fine no concerns or problems. Due to the fact I live in the UK I made a secondary bulk order expecting the osame service as before. WELL BOY WAS I WRONG. 2 months went by with me emailing them twice "sorry for the delay its covid's fault". Finally I had had enough and I emailed again with no reply. I then emailed threatening to post bad reviews across the internet, well within 30 minutes I had a reply stating that due to the storm in America my package was lost and they would replace it brilliant, well think again. I wait patiently and then get a letter in the post requesting £50 custom charge from a shipping company I had not ordered with, only when I email this company again to ask about my order they state that yes that customs request is for my order and that a secondary delivery company takes over after the overseas transit even though the original company delivers in this country. When I queried it, it was down to the fact that we have left the EU. I then put it to Charmed liars that in actual fact my original order would have been delivered before Brexit and in fact their poor service is the reason why I needed a replacement order therefore they should cover the custom costs. Their response sorry but if the items come back to us we will refund you minus the two custom fees. The bloody fee is half the value of my original order so I have just paid £160+ for 3 candles and 4 bath bombs. AGAIN DONT TRUST THESE LIARS

I’ve been ordering for years from charmed aroma. My very 1st ring is gorgeous and valued at 250$. The rings lately have not exceeded 60$ but still nice. The rhodium plated rings are not worth it most only value at 20$. so stick to 925 sterling sliver if you want better quality ring. Bath bombs aren’t worth it bc they’re all plated. Candles smell good but some need to cure a little longer then others for stronger throw.
If you want an expensive ring buy one from a jewelry shop, the chance of getting a high value ring or slim but if you like good quality 925 sterling silver that’s unique then it’s worth it as some of the rings are beautiful!
Again don’t buy plated then complain about fingers turning green, buy 925 only!
I recommend CA as candles smell good, large variety of scents, some have cute reusable jars and decent sterling jewelry.

I love the candle scents. I used to order back in the day and the rings were way nicer. Now every ring turns my finger green and is low quality. Don’t recommend. Just buy bath and body works candles. They have the same exact scents as well.

Horrible will never order again still haven’t received my package they won’t give my money back stated its on postal service and speaking to them very rude ! No compassion what so ever more or less it’s a scam takes peoples money !!! This should be reported on bbb

Ich liebe es! Die Kerzen sind zuckersüß, riechen (meistens) gut und der Schmuck ist ebenfalls toll!
Meine Kerzen waren immer bestens verpackt, noch nie ist etwas zerbrochen angekommen und der Versand ging innerhalb von 2 Tagen (nach Österreich!!)
Einmal war eine Kerze nicht mehr lieferbar - ich würde sofort vom Kundenservice informiert und der Geldbetrag war innerhalb von 1 Tag zurück auf meinem Konto!

Kleiner Tipp: wenn Sie über charmedaroma.de bestellen kommt die Ware aus Deutschland - Versand geht viel schneller und es sind keine Zollabgaben zu entrichten!
Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung, bis jetzt war ich immer sehr zufrieden. 😊

I just discovered that the company doesn’t post 2 star reviews on their site. I tried to leave a review about how disappointed I was in the plain boring ring I received and weeks later it still doesn’t show. This is a false representation of their products, which is unethical!

Hat nicht mal ein Stern verdient. Finger weg, Paket kommt nie an und Kundenservice gleich Null!!!!!

I had ordered from the company before Christmas, and by the end of January I had been notified that the package had arrived at a pick up point near me. They did not specify where this was and I tried everywhere. If this happens to you, please look at the bottom of the DHL tracking page for more tracking numbers. I found another 2 which lead me to where my package was. The service is not great, however please give this a try if this occurs for you. I hope this helped.

I am not one to complain but I had bought the sparkling pear candle. It contained a Swarovski crystal ring. Now if I’m not mistaken, the rings should be real silver. But this beautiful ring I had gotten turned my finger green.... this was the first time EVER ordering from Charmed Aroma. I’m really disappointed. I was so excited to order from them but now I regret it.

The first candle l got for a gift and loved my ring until the next day or 2 then it started turning my finger green also lost a stone in it. Bought 5 and just waiting 2nd. ring wore it for a couple days and the stone fell out. I have sent pics. Stil waiting .

I can't fault this company. I ordered 2 bath bombs that were in the sale. They arrived in good time, were packaged really well. The bath bombs were lovely and the rings inside were as expected. I would definitely order again.
