Une commande de 26 euros et des frais de douane à 14 euros... Plus de la moitié ! J'ai voulu profité du black friday mais finalement j'y ai perdu.
L'attente a été d'environ 2 semaines.
Sinon les 2 boules de bain et les bijoux sont de bonne qualité, c'est pour cela que je mets 2 étoiles.
Je ne recommanderai malheureusement plus.

Absolutely passed! So on November 18th my husband ordered me 10 Stirling silver ring candles from Charmed Aroma for my birthday. On the 19th they were shipped out. Made it to the Mississauga sorting Center and have disappeared since. Wrote charmed aroma and was told to have patience. I live an hour from Mississauga. My husband has made three different orders from Mississauga and got each item within two days of them being shipped in the time I've been waiting for mine. I have ordered 1 more candle last week. On Sunday I got the email saying my order is on its way. But when I track it it's just the electric shipping label was created. I have never had so many problems with ordering anything online. They will not give me a refund on my first order. Think it's time to go to the Better Business Bureau and write a huge complaint! My patience has run out this company is totally scaming everyone. I have never had these problems before. They have gone down hill in the last couple months. Also found out that they hired a third-party carrier to take the package from the warehouse to the Sorting Center. Thinking this third-party carrier has some sticky f****** fingers.

So my order for my daughter for her bday never showed, It was supposed to be delivered on the 8th of December never showed Allen L stated it will be shipped out and they just created a waybill not shipped out. Fine now it was supposed to be here today December 14th 2021 it has not arrived now they are saying give it a few more days and passing bogus excuses that Canada post is overwelled, Funny because I am an online business as well and just in the last 14 days of December with Canada Post we shipped out 1,748 Xpresspost packages, 3718 Standard regular tracked packages and 7109 Priority packages from Halifax to all over Canada including the west coast (70% of orders went to the west coast) and they all arrive with in 3 to 4 days for standard, Xpress post two to three days and priority with in 24 to 48 hours. The same guy Allen L today December 14 2021 tried again to play those excuses on me, I sent him 1700 Waybills from the 8th of December to today with the furthest one to Nanaimo BC from Halifax NS all arriving three days later and many 2 days later. I also provided him an email with our Canada Post account manager which states that packages are rolling our smoothly with NO DELAYS. I informed him I am putting this review out there (I will not list who I am yet) so there is no major attention yet. But know I do own one of the biggest online retailing stores in Canada and the United States and one of the 4 big online retailers whom been there for all North Americans during the Pandemic. This company does not care for its clients and is collecting money for items they do not ship out. They print waybills to make it look like its shipped.

I have always bought in-store and got great service and products. This is the first time I chose to purchase online for Christmas presents. From the day it said it was delivered I waited 5 business days to receive it incase they were running late however I have not received anything and now have wasted 110$. I would gladly change my review if I get customer support for this.

Do not purchase from them. They create a shipping label and never send items. They tell you it's on the way. Worst customer service experience ever. Do not recommend

I've ordered from them about 3 times in the past 1-2 years and I've been pretty happy with everything, the jewelry is nice (don't know if it's worth what they say but it's pretty), the bath bombs haven't irritated my skin and they look nice when they melt into the bath water. My only grip with it is the bath bombs have heavy dyes in them and tend to dye the bath tub along with it. Never contacted customer service because I haven't needed to but everything has always arrived on time

Ordered £300 of items as gifts, issues started straight away with over 15 emails back and forward just to get the boxes sent. One box came a week later but was missing items and some had been substituted without my consent. Second box a week later and despite 4 emails to Charmed aroma in the meantime, I got no reply. 2nd box finally arrived and 3 items were missing. I contact them again, only for them to ask for pictures of everything including the box. I did so then another 2 days later another email asking for a packing note - they never included one and lo and behold no response again. I guess its small claims court as I will not be letting them rob me like others in the reviews!!

I have bought from the official website, received my items 2 weeks later, considering international shipping this was fine. Items came all intact, both bathbombs and candles. Only minus is that I had to pay the import fee but i kind of knew that as well.

Spam you with email and you cant block the email

I bought a bath bomb from this company and it caused me a second degree burn all over my cheeks and around my eyes. The company did or said nothing but offer me a 10% discount on my next order. My only request was to cancel a pending order of 3 more bathbombs as I had ordered 3 more for my nieces bday before using it. The order had not shipped yet and they still refused to cancel it, even knowing that their products gave me a second degree burn on my face. They said I will need to ask to return once I receive it and then will have to pay for shipping IF they approve. My face was never in so much pain in my life and I am outraged by the response I had from this company.

I bought 3 candles at the store. This was my first time buying a Charmed Aroma product and I must say that I'm pleasantly surprised with them. I have only lit one candle so far and the smell in the house is amazing. It perfumes the entire first floor. The ring is cute and appraised for $50. I don't think its worth that much but I'm not complaining. I like the ring and it fits well. Customer service was excellent. I'm sorry that there were so many complaints and that so many didn't get as positive an experience as I have had. Now hopefully the other 2 candles will be as terrific as the first one.

Most of these reviews state that the delivery is slow and the customer service is bad which both I have no experience will but what I do know is that the appraisals and ring quality and low. They have never turned my finger green but I got 2 candles, one with a ring and one with earrings (purchased in store). Within days the ring was deformed and the Jews on the earrings had fallen out. Lucky they have a return policy for things like this! I received my new rings and earrings 2 or 3 weeks later in the mail and they are great but not even hours after opening and wearing the ring has lost a jewel! The ring was “appraised” at 50 dollars which is absolutely not true obviously.

Hice un pedido a España, lo cual tardó más de un mes (porque envían desde EEUU) cuando llega el paquete, tengo que pagar 13.50€ MÁS! a parte de los gastos de envío que ya tuve que pagar en la web, es decir... 80€ POR UNA SÓLA VELA! Lamentable situación. La vela está bien, aún no la he usado, pero si llego a saber lo que me iba a costar no la pido ni de broma... además envían las velas desde EEUU pero si pides desde España no puedes comprar todas las velas que tienen cuando las tienen y envían desde el mismo lugar... Ridículo, vergonzoso y sin sentido ninguno, sabiendo que cuando lleguen voy a tener que pagar más por lo mismo ya no haré más pedidos, a ver como me sale el colgante, viendo las reseñas creo que me voy a reír por no enfadarme

J’ai commandé deux bougies fin mai reçus il y a 3 jours et à ma grande surprise une des bougies complètement cassé !!!! Impossible de les contacter pour avoir réclamation ! Déjà que les bougies ne sont pas donné, le temps d’attente avant de recevoir le colis est long je trouve sa inadmissible de récupérer un colis cassé sans pouvoir les contacter par la suite. Je ne vous recommande pas du tout ce site !

I've purchased probably a dozen or so products from them in the past but NEVER again. Their mermaid lagoon whipped soap is an EXACT copy and a rip-off of a product from @smallbatchsoaps on Instagram - which she first posted September 5th, 2020. Charmed Aroma only announced this product as "new" one week ago today (6/22/2021). They've lost a customer over this shameful business practice.

Bad quality.
Canddle smells nice but the ring is really cheap and leaves a green mark on my skin after 2hours.

Never going to buy that product again.

I was sceptical because of the reviews. But I am honestly saying that it was a positive surprise for me! I ordered multiple times from them and everything is perfect! Out of the many packages one came broken but the support system is great, the answear was quick and the solution was generous!
I am sure that I will order more!

I love❤️ candles and surprises, so Charmed Aroma is perfect for my liking. I absolutely love ❤️ their ring selections and colourful stone selections. Love ❤️ their pearl selection as well. Their rings and necklaces are cute💕. If a stone is missing and when I take a photo of it and send it they replace it right away. When I have courier issues they solve it right away. Special “Thank you” goes to Julie Paz and Rudy B. When I call both of them listen to me carefully, patiently and solve my issues ASAP. It was a pleasure talking to both of them and they both made me very happy 😊😊😊. The candles and bath bombs smells lovely❤️❤️❤️. Thank you Charmed Aroma for keeping me happy with surprise candles and bath bombs during this COVID challenging times.
