After my review I had contact with Chartlex. We found a sollution. Everything is ok. And 4 stars happy!

Great communication and results. Will definitely use again- next tine probably to promote my Artist page as they also provide that service.
Another great thing was that though most of my listeners were from the US , there were some from all over the world too.
Very happy.

We got what was promised an increase in followers and streams. It seems to be a good service

So I placed an order for the 50k to 70k algorithmic streams and I got 90 percent of that as they mention on their website. So a bit overpriced for what you get even being on sale. The reason I took stars off is because their inability to respond back once my order started. I sent 2 emails since my order started and this company has not responded. This company will email quickly, but once your order has started, you won't hear from them again. Kinda shady imo. Not a good way to retain customers from a business perspective. Hopefully Chartlex will keep this in mind as many others have complained on their lack of communication. Do better guys.

The other reason for lower rating is that I didn't really get many saves. And we all know as artists, saves, followers and playlist adds are much more important than just streams. Streams are really all I got from this company.

I wish there was more information on how they are able to algorithmically tap into Spotify. It's like a secret. They say they use ads, but I still don't see how that makes sense because the ads are coming from outside sources, not the algorithm within Spotify. Also, I run ads to Spotify as well and I noticed that people do save my song, and they also look me up on other platforms. So not very transparent.

I will update this in a few months to see if I actually get paid royalties from the streams I received. As for now, I doubt I will be using them again unless their communication gets better and they're more open about the process of how they get streams.

*Chartlex, instead of responding to the customer here on Trustpilot as I see you do, you should reach out to the customers that were unhappy and see how you can rectify the situation. Responding back on here does nothing for your credibility, nor does it help the customer. Hope this constructive criticism helps you rethink your business strategies.

UPDATE: I was not paid for royalties for the streams gained with Chartlex. They were the only company that I used for my latest release to promote my single so yeah...you get numbers, but no payout. Definitely won't use again.

I think all these streaming services are over priced.
Artist only earn around $45 for 15,000 streams yet we have to pay $110 (or special offer $88) to get 15,000 streams with Chartlex. It doesn't make sense to pay more than you get paid for Spotify promotion - Yes Chartlex delivers streams but very little followers which is strange. Is it really helping build an audience. The jury is out.

Just write good music and they'll do their job as they promise

Not at all what I expected. There definitely is a suspicious rise in algorithmic plays and the region of those streams started shifting to one country (very suspicious). In fact, it's so suspicious that the algorithmic playlists are very high while the "other listener's playlists" are quite low, which is very uncommon for my music.

Being curious about their ACTUAL process, when I reached out to Chartlex to get someone to talk to, I've heard nothing back. They do not divulge their actual process and instead use generic language, claiming that you get genuine streams, likes, follows, saves, etc.

While that might be "technically" true, they need to reveal more information of their process, as the metrics we're seeing in Spotify for Artists (for this popular song) is very different and not as unique as previous releases with the same fan base. I know not all songs are created equal, but the results are strange enough to make me incredibly suspicious.

Found them by luck searching for ways to get more attention to my newest release and in first glance it looked too good to be true. After getting the discounted package the promotion started in 24 hours as promised. My song till now has received over 50k streams, which I never expected to reach. Communication is an issue but results cover this part. Highly suggested for people who understand how the music business works!

The communikation is not ok, the service is not perfect for ist price

i see that there are a lot of good reviews for chartlex here-but my experience with them has been horrible. after 30+ years in the underground music scene--i've seen it all--until now. i signed up for a promotion there and paid $150.00 for it. as soon as they got their money-i asked for progress reports--they ignored me literally for months. i said if you can't do it--say so--and give me a refund. after ignoring my request for weeks after that--they send me a one-word email"refunded''. refunded? they gave me $5.00 and the other $145.00 they pocketed. i spent $145.00--and i got NOTHING-Steve Lieberman (the Gangsta Rabbi)

It works. I got more streams than expected. But is it legit and legal? I doubt! I've noticed on Spotify artist that the streams don't come in over the course of the day like you would expect, but they come in a short period of time and then are gone again. Suddenly you have 500 people listening to your music at the same time and a few minutes later they are all gone again, next day the same thing happened. How can that be? Do they hack Spotify? It's also not sustainable, I don't think the listeners, if they are real listeners, match my genre, then I would have gotten some more followers to it for sure, but that wasn't the case. Only streams.

No reply to my inquiries after purchase.

I asked if I could cancel - no reply

The reason being that they put my Danish song in circulation on playlists in the US - serves me no purpose.

Told them they could keep my money if they felt that was the right thing to do, but I would very much like some kind of answer to the situation - still no reply.

Update 6th of August- after almost a week I got this email from Chartlex:

"First of all, we don't offer locationn targeted streams for the $88 package and we told you that targeting starts from the $700 package.
I explained to you that is gonna be from United States streams.

We did exactly as promised, and you leaving a 1* review is a horrible move.

Have a great life"

I want to point out they have never informed me about location targeted streams and they have never explained to me it's only US based streams. Neither have I seen the $700 figure before and it does not feel nice as someone who wants to work with Spotify to recieve this info in this kind of tone.

Campaign started in the first 24hrs and soon I had hundreds of streams for my track. Great right? Well no. The streams were 100% all Spotify Algorithmic. Now I know that's the name of the service but as far as I understand it Spotify's Algorithmic playlists are triggered by songs that receive a good percentage of streams elsewhere on Spotify. What I would have expected to see in my Spotify for Artists data would be streams in my own profile and catalog and other peoples playlists which in turn would eventually trigger the algorithmic ones. For a song that came out two months ago and previously had 19 streams to suddenly from day one be getting hundreds of algorithmic streams and nothing elsewhere doesn't make sense. It certainly doesn't look genuine which is a worry because it is Spotify's own created playlists that are being falsified. I have written to you for an explanation but received no reply. Unless you can adequately explain what's going on here please cease the promotion on my song and give me a full refund. Thank you.

I am very happy my music is on the playlists of Spotify. Well, the future might brings if this was a good invest. By now, i am very satisfied with the result of this campaign

Actually does work. Honestly didn’t think it would. They’re support isn’t very communicative and they’re means of getting streams is a bit mysterious. I’m wondering if my song will do more streams now that the campaign is done.
