Unbelievable that a company can ignore people like they do been going on years terrible service still unresolved so going to a different company

I didn’t choose Chase Monro, the initial company I was dealing with passed me on to them (as in I didn’t get a say). I had an email in June 2024 that my details had been passed across and chase monro had been dealing with. I heard nothing; I had to chase down my claim. I finally heard back at the end of May 2025, which said they’ll be in touch at the end of June. It’s now July, I’ve chased and got nothing back.

Adding that it’s now December 2025, I’ve been chasing since July and not heard anything back. The online ‘bot’ just leaves you in the 3 dots. From my emails I get a generic “thank you for your email, our team will come back to you within 24 hours”… they never come back to you.

Do not use this useless company ChaseMunro , they refuse to answer emails and telephone calls and in over 1 year i have not received any communication at all , they do not value customers and to be honest they are a complete waste of space and time, after all this time i still do not know how my case is going and if they are even working on it, take my advise and do not use this useless second rate solicitor

It has been a long journey but a simple process, with regular communication at each step of the way. The team have been prompt and clear with answering questions & helping me through the process.

Similar to alot of other people, haven't heard of anything in months, no update on my case and emails ignored.

Chase monro have been so helpful and thorough throughout the whole process ! Tom smullen has been exceptionally hard working on my case keeping me very well informed and up to date across all aspects and stages of my issue. Can’t thank them enough for their dealing with this for me.

I’ve just received £3K. I wouldn’t have had this without their work. It did take its time but i happy with the outcome!

Do not bother with these morons. 2/3 years of going backwards and forwards sending paper work, correspondence etc.
Promised case would be successful.
Now, absolutely nothing. They don’t reply to emails and they don’t answer the phone.

Don't waste your time. This company has had my claim for 3 years from Blue Panda, I have been fobbed off for years now and no updates from them, they are ignoring my emails and calls. If I was you, persue your own claims but definitely do NOT go with this company, or Blue Panda.

Wasted 5 years of my life pursuing a case they reckoned was a clear cut one. No reply in over a month waiting on outcome to find that they had decided to not pursue further ??? Awful service slow and wasted my time (a lot of it sending documents and statements) ridiculous

Put a case through to Blue Panda Finance for car finance and they have passed my case to Chase Munro months ago! No communication from them and Blue Panda ignoring my emails now as well!! Chase Munro don't even recognise my case number or email address 🤬 If I instruct a reputable company to take my case, what will happen with this? Fuming is an understatement....this should not be allowed to happen to all of us people!! Something needs to be done about companies like this 🤬

I dislike that ive been trying to get a update and nobody comes back to you been doing this case for 3 years still no further on from the day I started when I was advised was a easy process

Please avoid. After not suing this email or hang no contact for years today I got this and have no idea and also I can’t get through on the phone and not replying back to emails. Talk about blackmail and feeling threatened when I have a sick child….

We are writing to you in respect of your discretionary commission arrangement (DCA) claim against Motonovo Finance Limited.

You have signed a Terms of Business with Chase Monro Claims, instructing us to pursue this claim. Within the contract, you confirmed that you had not and would at no point in the future appoint another firm to process this claim.

However, having now submitted the claim, Motonovo Finance Limited have suggested that you are represented by another firm. This would represent a breach of your contract with Chase Monro.

At this stage we would welcome your comments on the above as we are hoping Motonovo Finance Limited have made an error and are mistaken.

In the event that you have indeed instructed another firm, Chase Monro have the contractual rights to recover costs from you. If we do not hear back from you with clarification within 14 days of the date of this email we will need to take the necessary action to recover costs incurred to date.

Wasted two years of my life sending several documents on request, all seemed to go the right way, until they realised not enough been done and scrapped my case. Absolute waste of time, do not use the correspondence is terrible, when you call or email for an update you are fobbed off. please do your research before submitting a claim to anyone but avoid chase monro at all costs.

I am old school so prefer to talk, but i have to say your system worked well, i have had nightmares with some of the others. The call is booked for 10am tomorrow, so i should know more about the case you are dealing with for me then.

No communication at all, same as the reviews below I have emailed every contact possible with no reply it’s been years. DO NOT USE. Feel like this company is some sort of scam please avoid. I have also had my identity stolen since dealing with this company as somebody has been using my national insurance number to report earnings. After reading other reviews I feel this could be linked

I would suggest to stay clear of this company. Don’t call back when you ask them or e mail you back when you ask. Chase have had all details they wanted from me since summer 2024 and I only find out today they never put the complaint in till 25th Nov 2024. Have lied to me and told me my case was with the ombudsman yet the company I’ve filed a complaint against is saying please refer your case to the ombudsman. I have lost total faith in what are supposed to be solicitors. This is nis been going on for 2 years and everytime they think they give me an explanation but they think I buy it. Today’s letter has truly shown they have not been telling me the truth. Use them at your own peril.
