was told in july the foc went in my favour against moneybarn iv not heard a thing since
multiple emails sent to multiple chase munro email addresses
wish id went with someone else total cowboy outfit

Absoloutly fantastic service! Helped me with my claim for high interest borrowing against Oodle finance for a car I brought.

Great service. A lengthy wait from start to finish approximately 18 months. But fortunately Jenny kept me updated throughout. Total received £2,317 and then paid £755 in fees. Great customer service 🙌

I had a settlement offer and enquired whether this negated the need for a financial claim. I was advised that it was a good offer to take as the claim could take a long time to be completed and may not be as financially viable. I have now accepted the offer and pleased with the result.

Awful company - Avoid
AI were dealing with a claim for mislead car finance - AI since closed the case and these doughnuts started emailing everyday asking me to sign forms to complete the process - I contacted them to tell them that it would not let me complete to be told that they would send correct form (that never came through), in the meantime the car finance company contacted me off of the back of AI's letters sent a long time ago and have made an offer out of court - Now they want over 2k for doing nothing at all!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL CHARGE VERY HIGH RATES FOR DOING NOTHING AND TAKE YOU TO COURT AT THE DROP OF A HAT, AND WILL NOT EVEN NEGOTIATE PAYMENTS FOR MONEY THAT YOU ARE ENTITLED TOO - AVOID AVOID AVOID - IM TALKING FROM 1ST HAND EXPERIANCE.

having been mistaken about my potential claim I was informed that Chasemonroclaims had not recieved instruction from the initial company i used.

my apologies to them and thanks to them the possitive way they sorted this problem out .

Absolutely incompetent and please do not choose this company who have unmanned phones & when you actually get thru it’s always the same “we have a backlog” I am seeking legal advice

Yes claims do take a long time to finalise but Jenny my case manager from chase monro have kept me informed all the way through the process and we have finally won. No one informed me my claim was moved to a different company

Chase Monro helped me file my Discretionary Commission Arrangement claim against my car finance company last week. The complaint was submitted the same day and I have already had confirmation that DCA was used on my agreement. Just waiting for the compensation to follow once the FCA finalise their compensation plan in September
