Jose Manuel who was the representative who attended my call, is a reliable, kind, responsible, patient person and definitely knows how to do his job. Thank you very much again, may God bless you and as I said: Never change, there are few left like you.

Jose Manuel was a very polite agent and helped me a lot

I was a bit skeptical about the service at first so I did a lil research on cheapticketfare to ensure they were legit. I was still hesitant because to flight was far cheaper than others. It was the best choice. Thumbs-up 👍 to Alex Martin who contacted me not long after to explain my booking and changes before charging my credit card. I respect that 💯. Excelent customer service. I will definitely be using this service for future bookings.

I received a great service from Alex Martín, he was very kind and helpful.

Sophia was very helpful and made me feel great about booking my flight. She answered all the questions I had.

my service was great . the agent new her job . I was greaty please thank Sophis

Absolutely outstanding service for accommodating a group flight schedule. When Delta airlines change our flight due to unknown circumstances at a later time, Sofia Perez @extension #1006 was able to get us on a red eye the night before to ensure we would not miss a full day of Cancun. Sophia gave Great communication skills and responded less than 24 hours. I am truly overjoyed with Sofia’s customer service and countless efforts to ensure efficiency with meeting our request. Sophia was able to work with Delta to accommodate our wishes and I am forever thankful.

Alex Marte was very helpful with the whole process of buying the tickets, he was very patient and nice with me and always answered back really quick. Very happy with him :D
