I was planning on going to Europe with my girlfriend to Pop the question andThe problem arose when they scheduled scheduled the flight from from JFK to Istanbul and my and my flight to Sarajevo two hours apart. We try to call the Is cheap tickets to fix the situation butt but they ended up canceling canceling the wrong flights in flights and we were no fly no shows to the flight to Sarajevo Sarah yavo since they canceled the flight to Istanbul. Is after paying $400 is the dollars to renew our covid tests is we had to stay another night in New York then then the day after we had to pay more money to Turkish airlines since they're polyphony since their policy requires payment after no fly no shows Cheap tickets refused refused to help us out open cell so the only thing we could do Was asked for a refund I would never recommend them to anybody. I used them one time before with no issues but because of the headache they caused and the $2000 I spent with them I will never try anything with them again.

Do not book with this company!

Money will be gone and they keep it.
Do not pay it back.
I wait for 3800 Euro for nearly one year!
Flight booked, canceled.
They closed the cheaptickets.de review plattform because of too many bad recessions.

Ik kan mijn vlucht niet annuleren. Is er iemand van cheaptickets die mijn vlucht van zondag 9 januari kan annuleren aub?

Vliegtickets van april 2020 nog altijd niet geretourneerd. Na 1,5 jaar zeggen dat ze het gingen regelen en dat het vanwege corona langer kon duren moesten we het ineens zelf oplossen omdat het een 'low-budget ticket' was. Dit geregeld en de maatschappij geeft akkoord en zegt midden augustus de toezegging gedaan dat het geld terug gestuurd is. Cheaptickets zegt tot en met november dat het geld niet ontvangen is?! Hoe kan dat dan? Nou begin december dan eindelijk het bericht dat het geld binnen is en dat ze dit terug kunnen boeken, maar hebben ze een nieuw rekeningnummer nodig. Deze heb ik binnen 1 uur naar ze gestuurd. Je zult het niet raden, maar zelfs dit is ze niet gelukt. 25 december weer mails gestuurd en hier moest ik de afschriften van de afgelopen 15 dagen sturen om te bewijzen dat ik dit niet ontvangen heb. Sindsdien geen enkele respons van Cheaptickets ontvangen via de mail of in de chat via Messenger. Voor de burgers die op zoek zijn naar goedkope vliegtickets koop ze bij Transavia en boycot dit bedrijf.

Well I just wanted to let everyone know to beware and cautious when using Cheaptickets...My husband and I scheduled a trip to Orlando for Jan. thru Cheaptickets..We decided that do to the rise in Covid cases (we are both in high risk groups) we would cancel I had no problem canceling the flight (although we got credits instead of refund) nor the car rental. BUT the hotel has been a nightmare..we changed our trip from 7 days to 3 days....I rebooked with hotel and reserved a ? nonrefundable room (who would do this is crazy) but they had option, for an additional charge the room became refundable. I added this charge and had till Jan.13 to cancel. As cases rose we decided to stay home and out of public areas such as Disney/flights etc. I contacted Cheaptickets/explained our situation and they contacted hotel, but But they refused refund..saying it was up to Cheaptickets...Cheaptickets said NO due to nonrefundable room, not honoring added option..This was $424.59. A lot of money to most people. I started calling 12/23 and 12/26, well before 1/13/22 deadline.. to get refund but hit walls.. This is wrong.there should be a way to settle this, any law to prevent their thievery and practices..I'm not very hopeful but maybe this will help others to stay away from Cheaptickets and have a good experience when traveling.

Es ist wie es ist! Dieses Portal ist weder Kundenfreundlich noch arbeitet es seriös! Ich habe im März 21 2 Business-Tickets in die USA gebucht für 4400€,Termin Oktober 21. Immer wieder wurden mir neue Flugtermine angeboten, zum Schluss mit 32 Std. Flugzeit und einem Nachtaufenthalt in der Wartehalle eines Airport in USA. Habe daraufhin die Flüge storniert. Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme unmöglich. Den Chat kann man völlig zu vergessen. Dann wurden € 2800 refundiert, der Rest Fragezeichen. American Airline versicherte mir, den gesamten Ticketpreis refundiert zu haben an Cheaptickets, da die Flugänderung nicht verhältnismäßig ist und somit der gesamte Ticketpreis erstattet werden muss! Diverse Mails mit Cheaktickets ohne konkrete Antworten. Habe daraufhin juristische Schritte einleiteten wollen, keine Chance auf Erstattung lt. meinem Anwalt, da Cheaptickets jede Kontaktaufnahme ignoriert (Holland ist wohl die Zentrale für Europa). Eine Abzocke sondergleichen!! Dass solche Plattformen noch nicht verboten wurden, eigentlich ein Wahnsinn! Man sieht ja an den Bewertungen, was es mit diesem Unternehmen auf sich hat. Finger weg!! Ich buche nur noch direkt bei den Airlines, ist zwar etwas teurer, aber dann weiß ich woran ich bin und habe wenigstens bei Problemen Ansprechpartner, mit denen man auch telefonisch in Kontakt treten kann.

1,5 Jahre warte ich auf den Refund von meinem gecancellten Flug. Bis heute nichts!

Nicht zufrieden, Schlechter Service. Keine Rückmeldung, kein Kundenservice. Natürlich höre ich nichts mehr von der Agentur und mein Geld ist auch weg.

Never ever will I use cheap tickets. Bought ticket with an agent for $372, but was charged $686 on my credit card. Called within 24 hours to find out why and was told that's the price. I WAS NEVER TOLD THE PRICE OF $686! Asked to reimburse me as I was mislead. They said they can give me only an airline credit- I don't need the credit, I am not canceling because of my fault but because you made a mistake! I was promised twice that a manager will call me...week past, still waiting...
Cheap ticket - listen to the phone recording! You will not hear the agent saying the price of $686! You are FRAUD!!!!

Cheaptickets simply won't rebook my open ticket, that is still valid to this day. I paid over €700 for my original ticket that got canceled due to the pandemic. I tried to communicate via facebook messenger, email and via phone. I don't ever get any concrete answers, while all I'm asking for is a simple rebooking of the flight that was already paid for. At one point, I was referred to the 'online' chat on their website that wasn't even active! Only the robot was active but it isn't even able to help you out with a rebooking. There is simply no one available to help you out. They always make you go around in circles. At some point they weren't even available via phone anymore, while this was suggested by one of their 'co-workers' via email! They consciously mislead and take advantage of their 'customers'. Pure scam and abuse. Over time, I have saved all the communication that has taken place in a document. I'm sure it will be of great use at some point.

January 22nd- January 30th 2020 I booked a flight & a hotel for Lagos, Nigeria I paid 1076.80 for this trip. Due to Covid lockdown & Visa Closing I wasn't able to go on the trip. I've called to get no answer only can speak with a virtual agent. All I want is a refund or to change my booking. Its been a year. I will be contacting the BBB about this matter.

3 months now and still fighting for my refund, I will never use again. added today they still have not did there job still asking for more time and 8 weeks if a proved

CHEAPTICKETS WON’T HONOR MY ROUND TRIP TICKET CANCELLED DUE TO COVID - OVER $400 AND PAID FOr WITH INSURANCE. I keep getting the run around that they can’t honor my Air Canada tickets - no understandable reason (this was after I reached their headquarters in California).
BE FOREWARNED. DISHONEST so-called business.

Cheaptickets appears to be a really fraudulent site. I booked a car through cheaptickets and paid $178.47, rental company said they don’t know anything about this booking, as I needed a car, I paid full price and picked up the car. I have receipt from Easirent as a proof of a full payment, and I do have receipt from cheaptickets as a proof of fraud. I paid $178.47 and never received a thing I paid for. Customer service is zero to none, absolutely unprofessional, they barely speak English. I want cheaptickets to return my money back on my card.

I purchased a roundtrip ticket with Cheaptickets from HK to US in July 2020. The outbound flight was canceled 2 days before the travel date by the airline which made me impossible to fly the inbound flight which is scheduled to be 2 days after arrival (a short trip and thanks to the pandemic). I was trying to call Cheaptickets but no one answered, no one replied my email, so I have to call the airline myself to cancel the inbound flight (which they didn't even let me do it because it has to go through CheapTickets) and buy a new set of tickets.
It turns out CheapTickets is charging me administration fees for "voluntarily" canceling the inbound flight and have to wait for months for the refund. And now, Sept 2021, part of my refund is still pending.
I will never buy with CheapTickets again. Poor customer service, nonresponsive, and charging customers inappropriately.

They commited for full refund, now you cannot even talk to a person directly on the phone. SCAM !

2 flights got cancelled back to back and now refunds apparently take 12+ months!? What kind of utter BS is this? Even their emails said 8 weeks max and thats still insane. It's been 6 months and still no refund and agents have confirmed they messed up repeatedly. Now they're avoiding our calls.

They charge you instantly but take a whole year to refund for you a cancelled flight? Hopefully some government agency steps in and ends this mess.

I'm also filing a complaint with the FTC & BBB as this is beyond a negative review. This is a literal scam they're operating.

Cheaptickets sold me 2 Ryanair tickets for 2 14 year old children. Ryanair doesn't accept them unaccompanied. Afterwards I saw that the website of Ryanair makes it impossible to book for 2 minus 16. But cheaptickets shamelessly sold me 2 unusable tickets. When I noticed it I couldn't reach them because they don't have a real service desk, only a chatbot that answers standard questions. Do not book with them!

I will NEVER book another flight with them ever again.!!!!!! As much as I use them for most of my travels, for them to not work with my situation is mind blowing. I absolutely Do NOT recommend anyone booking with them. They are the worse.!!!
