Results were rubbish & they’ve opposed my refund request.

I bought a kit for my son who suffers terribly with digestive health issues. He’s previously worked out a few trigger foods and we identified he had a salicylate intolerance as a kid. Yet all of these problem foods came up as safe on these pointless and useless test results. My son asked if they mixed up the samples because it was so wrong.

To add insult to injury, they are refusing to refund the test, despite their satisfaction guarantee. The hurdle is providing a diary showing their elimination diet was followed for 60 days, despite it advising us to feed him foods that he’d probably launch off the earth with diarrhoea explosions from. The other shirk was they need the request for a refund within 90 days. It’s all weasel words and a complete lack of credibility and integrity. Save your money and time - it is meaningless.

Total scam – misleading service, false promises, and no results

I ordered 4 x hair tests from Check My Body Health and have been completely let down. Weeks later, I have no results, no clarity on the process, and absolutely no accountability from their team — especially Cornelia, who repeatedly told me to “be patient” while offering no actual help.

Their information is inconsistent and misleading:
• Email responses say one thing, the website says another.
• Their postal lead times keep changing, depending on who you speak to.
• They provide tracking that doesn’t even work, and then try to shift the blame to the customer.
• When I finally asked for a refund, I was told I was outside their “14-day” window — despite their team repeatedly telling me to wait.

This feels like a classic bait-and-delay tactic — string you along, then deny responsibility once it’s too late to claim your money back.

Nothing was delivered. No results, no service — just delays, excuses, and dismissive replies. I honestly feel scammed. Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered 3 tests and according to my tracking, they received it on the 23rd of May 25.
I have rang them only to get an AI generated voice and I've left emails and messages and no response.
Doesn't sound like a legit company even though there are some good reviews, I can't say my experience has been good and I've asked for a refund.

I am really disappointed. When you buying it says results in 3-5 days then after checking they saying results can take 2-3 weeks! seriously? I would have choose some other company with a better delivery time.

I have tweeked my diet a little more over time and I rarely have problems now except when I knowingly eat something that triggers a reaction. I really recommend this service!

I’ve been waiting for my results for 6 weeks now, l have emailed a few times and are told there still sorting mail and will let me know when it finally arrives 🥵lm starting to think lve been scammed the take another $4.99 per month for whatever the emails they send be 🙁 l don’t like to say bad things about business but if they are so far behind why the heck are they still advertising cheaper deals if they can’t keep up with what they have . If l were you l would look elsewhere l will let you know in a couple of weeks if anything good happens and retract my review Tracey

I'm sure we're all a little stand-offish at first when reading that all these beautiful results can come from some hair. I did a lot of research before I decided to take a test. It's very clear this is a complimentary/alternative option other than a doctors opinion. I have had MAJOR stomach problems for years, and have done lots of tests to try and find out why - I'm even due for a colonoscopy and endoscopy. I decided to try the COMPLETE sensitivity test to see if I could help myself feel better (it was honestly to the point where I was having the runs everyday, and creating anxiety before going out in case no toilet was around) and the results that came back were surprising, confirming my suspicions of lactose intolerance, and problems with gluten... a new one I never considered was tomato sensitivity! It also confirmed my gut health was BAD. I immediately changed my diet (to try the elimination of dairy and gluten, and tomato) and tried to restore my gut. Almost immediately, my gut feels better, my moods have improved and everything just seems like I can live a normal life. This method might not be for everyone, but it certainly worked for me. Thank you!
