Very bad behaviour from pharmacist, gave script, ask about the medication in 30 minutes, he is shouting and saying, you got lots of medication, it will take 2hr. Not only the time, his sound and behaviour is very bad. He should not be a staff in Australian shops.

I have been on the phone for multipleâŠ
I have been on the phone for multiple hours and was promised by tegan kenworchy from customer service online that this will be resolved the way i wanted it, but it seems like no actions was taken.
I spoke to tegan kenworchy about two weeks ago about an order i made, which items were all in stock when i ordered online during black friday, where i got a significant cashback with my order. What happened after feels like a scam.
Turns out one of my items was claimed to be not in stock and they require me to either refund the item or cancel the order. Both ways i will not get my cashback as shopback/topcashback does not honour any cashbacks if the total of the order is changed.
when i spoke to the click and collect store, they said they are unable to do anything due to system limitations, even though i told them i was happy to wait for it to get back in stock. The item is still showing as in stock for the lane cove store right now - however they refuse to fulfil my order due to i guess, system limitations - This is according to Nuri from Lane Cove.
The worst part about this is when i spoke to Tegan from customer service, she said she will fix this for me and i can collect the rest of the items shortly but upon calling for an update with the store 2 weeks later, it is still waiting for 21 days to cancel it automatically.
It seems tegan was trying to just mark the customer service call as resolved and took me for a ride, when i was here waiting for the last 2 weeks, trusting her.

Ordered perfume for Xmas present online from chemist warehouse Cranbourne. When it arrived there was a note from Australia Post to say the original package was badly damaged and the box the perfume came in was damaged and they had to destroy the box. Tried to contact chemist warehouse but as yet the have not responded. Went to Pakenham to buy another bottle.

I placed a click & collect order online for several units of one product, I checked with the store and I know it was in stock and ordered and paid in full online that night. The money left my account that night in full for the order and then I didnât hear anything from them! I rang the store 3 days later and enquired, they said they have plenty of the product in stock and to come in, I said I had paid for it already online and they didnât seem to know much if anything about it. Gave them the order number and receipt number of money transferred to them, they said give it another day and it should go through? 2 days after this I went into the shop to enquire and was told that I can buy the products that day over the counter but I would just have to wait for the online purchase to process still if I wanted the click & collect order which I had already paid for?? The very next day I received an email saying my order was cancelled!! I contacted customer support and was told all operators were busy & leave my details and someone will call back, I logged onto the customer service portal and entered all of the details/numbers of my issue, havenât had any response from that, rang customer service again last night, gave the order number and case number and the CSO didnât have any answers and said they would have to get someone to call me back!!! I have no products and they now have my money & no talk of refunds, perfect business model for them really! Absolutely useless to buy online here, you will have problems for sure so donât bother!

What a joke what a lie chemist warehouse I want three perfume so I wait till Black Friday itâs ysl new one it was on the website for Black Friday 135 usually 200 so on Thursday they start early Black Friday I put it in card with two expensive perfume when I go to check out they put delivery out of stock than I put click and Collect for all the stores of Sydney they said also out of stock so I went to chemist warehouse belmore and it was 200 and they gave it to 180 I buy it because I want it but what a lie the website no one beleive their discount all the expensive perfume they lie about the sale only the cheap ones

We have progressed as a society having far more understanding of mental illness and disabilityâs Every now and then exposure to discrimination is revealed.
I have a friend that suffers PTSD usually unable to make clear choices under times of PTSD. My friend entered this pharmacy but unfortunately was unable to feel safe exiting at the other end as the boxes placed looked like a jigsaw not stacked high but required weaving through.
Revealing this to pharmacist but explained its a result of PTSD. In most cases someone would just choose a different lane this is not always a choice for someone with a handicap like this.
The pharmacist explained it should have been blocked off but gave no indication of doing so. A call was made to work safe not to be vindictive but with PTSD it becomes overwhelming to see clearly. My friend has now been banned from the premises not based on rudeness or poor language.
The explanation was that they gave was we do not have the staff time or resources for someone of their kind. When reading this feedback remember PTSD has not been a choice but an exposure to an incident resulting in trauma.
Discrimination still exists in the community especially when it something that is only now becoming more common and recognized.Stand tall and proud instead of being shamed by prejudice.

Questioning the pharmacist is not allowed
Every time I try to fill my âAmitriptylineâ scrip thereâs a problem. Every time. So tonight when it was rejected again, I checked every scrip I have because if the date says it can be picked up, after the 18th oct and the pharmacy says no its to soon, then I must have a second script Iâm unknowingly using. I donât, I only have one. âšSo I went back wanting to sort this out because Iâm sick of there always being a problem. âšThe pharmacist explained that the date on the scrip isnât the date it can be pick up after, there is a secret date. âšI had to ask multiple times to be told this secret date. âšWhy is the date such a secret? Is it because you donât intend to honour it? Then when I ask her to write it on the scrip, wanting her to do it, so they canât claim I made it up. âšShe refused. I asked multiple times, she still refused. When I asked why she wouldnât, she said it was because of my attitude. yes by this point I did have an attitude, because from the start of the conversion she refused to answer every question I asked unless there was another customer at the next counter. âšI am sure that is the only reason she told me this secret date at all. âšEvery time I fill this scrip Iâm questioned. âšItâs like theyâre looking for any excuse to not fill it. âšWhen my dosage was raised, they tried to refuse it. I had to loudly point out the dosage was higher. What is the problem?

Do NOT go to the Lilydale store - they gave me 56 pills for my prescription instead of 60, told me my doctor wrote it on the prescription (which I know is not true, as it is 60), and made me pay the price for 60 pills.
Avoid this company
Avoid this company. Ordered online for international delivery to Ireland and was told delivery could not be made due to customs issue in Australia - I was not contacted by customs or the company to discuss this having paid international shipping fees and have been told they will now only deliver domestically and no refund or international delivery will be made.

I did not receive the advertised gift with my order and sent x3 online enquiries with no response. When I called I was told it was in store purchase only but when they checked the catalog they could see it clearly did not state this anywhere. They then cold transferred me to another person who told me a store manager would call me back, this did not happen. So disappointed in the customer service and the false advertising. Chemist Warehouse was happy to take my order & payment immediately but then sent me an email ten minutes later saying they were out of stock for products they allowed me to pay for - and that I would not get a refund for five business days!
Why accept payment when you donât have the product, for one & secondly, why five business days for a refund?
How much interest are you making from all the unlawful payments you are holding?
Then their website does not allow you access or instruction on how to lodge a complaint, just a Webchat option which is an online form which does not allow a complaint to be mentioned

I bought a Gaviscon chewing gum instead of chewable tablets. They would not return it the next day saying the policy has this and that . I had to throw the gum away as I bought the tablet earlier.
Beware of Orders made at Brookvale Outlet Chemist Warehouse
I made a click and collect order yesterday, on line, which was confirmed to my email address.
When I rang the Brookvale, NSW store, they had no record of my order, even though I provided the order number, I had written proof and they had deducted the funds from my PayPal account.
Not only that, it appeared when I attended at the store, they did not even have the product, even though they had assured me during my initial telephone enquiry it was in stock. The store's manager was to suggest I try another store and offered me the phone numbers of some stores in relatively close suburbs.
This morning, when I went online to check my account, low and behold my original order, and order number, had disappeared and my order, under a new order number was being "processed" at another store.
No refund.
This is not the first time I have had problems with the Brookvale (Roger Street Store, which has its entrance in Cross Street - go figure!).
Time and again, if you attempt to place an online click and collect order, they do not have the stock or have lost the order.
Beware. The Brookvale branch is a disaster. Do not think, if you want to save time, order and pay for goods, you will achieve your purpose.
