Shiquerah has been dealing with the changeover of tenants, and liaising with the other areas of Choices involved with this. She has responded quickly to any queries and given advice regarding the requirements of the check-out report. She quickly, at short notice arranged for the final clean before the new tenants occupied the flat.

I rented a property through Choices for something like 17 years and never encountered any problems. I would single out Shiquerah Smith for a mention. Always very courteous and helpful.

The staff, like Denisa, Robyn, and Chantel, are attentive, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues. Their clear communication and efficiency make things much easier, especially for those new to tenancy in the UK. Highly recommend their team for property management needs!

Great service
Denisa is always polite and courteous over the phone and answers questions with ease and if she can’t she will speak to the relevant people and always get back to you.

I called Choices to let then know I had no hot water and they told me they don't manage the property any more but a lovely lady called Ebony gave me the number of the landlord so I could call them and get help

I would like to leave a review for 17 Cowley Drive, BN15 8DJ, in Lancing. What an absolutely fantastic house! I must commend the incredible effort of Mr. Fadi, who worked tirelessly to make this dream a reality for me and my family. He truly went above and beyond to ensure I secured this property.

This is such a lovely and fantastic home in a very conducive environment. The house itself is stunning—superb in every way—and perfect for me and my family. I also want to express my heartfelt appreciation to Choice letting and, in particular, Mr. Fahad Khan , whose guidance, advice, and encouragement throughout the process were invaluable. His dedication and professionalism were exceptional. I honestly wish everyone could experience working with someone as remarkable as him—he is truly a super man.

As a new landlord I explored all agents and used choices to provide a quote, although I didn’t select choice solely as my current agent was recommend by family, I found the agent friendly, and approachable, (Bradley) put my mind at ease, with his relaxed approach. I’ll definitely keep choices in mind Incase I need an agent in future.

I always get immediate response to my queries

I have been dealing with choices for about 15 years and met a few pleasant individuals over that time. But all of that suddenly changed when I received a very abrupt, extremely disturbing email which lacked empathy.
All this changed a month later when Denisa the portfolio manager sent me an email asking if she can help. Denisa was great and her empathy with genuine cause showed. She has since then been interacting with the landlord and myself and put me through a gentle transition understanding and confirming she genuinely cared what happens with a positive enough result.
I think Denisa your an asset to your team and a credit to yourself, hope your directors are aware. I do wish there was more of you around. I wish you well in your endeavours.

We use Choices for our property management, I contacted Shaquerah at Choices for some missing information. Shaquerah came back to me within the hour supplying the information, excellent service.

Shiquerah at the crawley branch always helps us out and is speedy in her responses. I can't fault her even if we did have a few misunderstandings with each other. She is am asset to choices and always polite/professional. Would recommend crawley depot we have had multiple breakdowns and they are always fast to deliver.
