Always a very professional service from Shiquerah at Choices.

I’m very happy with Choices. Always helpful & understanding. Shiquerah especially has always been very kind/professional, helping me to understand things & deal with issues that I’m not familiar with as we only have our old home as a rental property.

I would highly recommend Choices.

Respectful and understanding

I rang Choices as I needed help from a letting situation years ago. I spoke to Nicole who handled the call. She emailed me my old contract which helped clear up the problem. Very professional 5 stars.

I had a very disappointing experience with CHOICES due to their poor service, lack of hygiene standards, and unprofessional conduct. Despite repeated complaints, the bathroom was left in a filthy state, and the agency showed no urgency in resolving it. Communication was chaotic, with messages often ignored and no coordination between the agency and landlord. It took nearly four stressful months, endless emails, and a formal dispute with evidence just to get my deposit back. CHOICES clearly prioritizes money over tenant well-being and shows no accountability. I strongly advise avoiding this agency if you expect even basic professionalism.

We rented a property off choice’s and asked for works to be carried out and if the landlord agreed we would put in an offer of rental. This was all done and accepted. On moving in we noticed none of the agreed work had been carried out and contacted Ebony who was very professional in the way she handled the situation and sorted out the issues quickly for us. As we were moving in a number of other problems arose so abayı contacted Ebony at least 2 times a week for about 3 weeks she was always very professional in her approach and kept us informed of what was happening at all times she was quick to respond to any problems that we had and if it hadn’t of been for her we probably would of pulled out of the rental. Thank You Ebony you’ve been amazing.

Terrible service and communication, I have reported issues with my house for the past 2 YEARS, and recieved no response!!! I have to keep asking and reminding them to even take the smallest action, and yet still nothing has been done. They emailed me threatening to evict me for not paying rent even though i did, only to find out the next day that they had a problem with the system, and i haven't even recieved AN APOLOGY. Worst agency i have ever been with, avoid being with Choices at all costs!!!

Sam, Shannan and the rest of the team are exceptional. Their professionalism, standard of approach and good heart gives me confident going through with the rental process. Though still in the process, i can not fault them at this time. Job WELL DONE guys

I asked Ebony for a copy of the agreement, and she provided it straight away. Really quick and helpful service!

Since Choices have become landlords at my property, there has been a positive shift. The property has been cleaned more often, matters are resolved promptly and communication is good with someone from the team always available!

What a disaster. Choices and the tenant have unlawfully rewritten the tenancy agreement between themselves, manipulating the process to circumvent the Section 8 eviction procedure for late rent and other breaches.

The tenant is now making rent payments directly to Choices—unauthorised and in complete violation of my rights as the landlord. In April i was receiving it directly from Universal credit. Accepting this money diectly from Choices now could inadvertently validate their unlawful arrangement, effectively granting them permission through action rather than consent.

Driven by financial motives and an inflated sense of authority, Choices falsely assumes that their contract supersedes statutory landlord regulations. Their attempt to impose a full and final settlement is nothing more than an effort to absolve themselves of wrongdoing and to force me to surrender

Their actions blatantly disregard landlord rights and set a dangerous precedent for property management.

Choices are brazen, reckless, and entirely self-serving. Dont become infected by them. Avoid them like the plague.
You have no authority to acert yourself over someone'property. Partial payments are approved or rejected by Landlords
