Excellent Service and Quality Watches!

Excellent Service and Quality Watches!

I recently purchased a watch from this seller and couldn't be more satisfied. The item arrived exactly as described—brand new, securely packaged, and right on time. The watch itself is stunning, with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Communication throughout the process was clear and professional. The seller responded promptly to my questions and provided tracking information as soon as the item shipped.

I highly recommend this seller to anyone looking for authentic, high-quality timepieces. A smooth, trustworthy buying experience from start to finish!

Mixed feelings and experience

My experience with Chrono24 has been mixed. The watch itself was as described.

However, the package was not matching description "original box with original papers". The initial response from the seller was dismissive. The first Chrono24 representative assigned to my case did practially nothing to resolve the issue. Only after I requested a different mediator, did things start moving forward—since then, communication has been friendly but sluggish.

Despite our agreement on a corempensation and a missing items, I have still not received either after 10 days. Nor any confirmation or response. I am not about to receive original receipt, but I am ok with that.

While I appreciate the improved handling after the expert change, the process has taken longer than expected, and I have had to follow up repeatedly.

I hope for a quick resolution.
