Kello oli viallinen. Myyjän mukaan täysin toimiva. Jouduimme viemään kellon huoltoon ja korjaukseen ja maksamaan 1000€. Chrono24 siirsi vastuuta myyjälle. Myyjä ei ollut yhteistyökykyinen. 10000€ viallisesta kellosta, ei koskaan enää.

Huijarimyyjä
Ostin kellon, mutta minulle ei lähetetty sitä kelloa, mikä piti. Sen sijaan sain postissa vanhemman mallin. Jouduin itse selvittelemään asiaa, ja aikaa kului n. kuukausi ennen kuin saimme ratkaisun asiaan. Onneksi Chrono24 ei maksa jälleenmyyjälle ennen kuin kello on saapunut ostajalle. Sain osan rahoista takaisin. Itse Crhrono24 toimi petoksessa asiallisesti, mutta hitaasti. Sen sijaan jälleenmyyjä kannattaa valita tarkasti.

Chr24 portal is good way to find…
Chr24 portal is good way to find watches from different sellers. It would be nice to be able to filter sellers based on their reviews ("show only seller with higher review than 4.7"). Escrow money transfer seems to trigger when delivered so not activated by buyer's approval, which is bit odd. Latest purchase went really well so no complaints. With my proposed changes my review for Chrono24.com would be 5/5.

Nopeat kaupat ja toimitus, hyvä ensikokemus
Olen ollut hieman varovaisin mielin tämän palvelun suhteen, mutta päätin nyt kokeilla, kun saataville tuli sellainen kello, jota ei Suomen markkinoilta voi ostaa.
Myyjä oli yritys Espanjassa, eli hinta oli euroissa ja tiesin, ettei ainakaan verotuksen tai tullien kanssa tule ongelmaa.
Maksoin kellon, ja se lähti matkaan jo samana päivänä. Paketti tuli minulle kotiinkuljetuksena jo perjantaina, kun olin tehnyt tilauksen keskiviikkona.
Kaikki meni siis erittäin hienosti ja nopeasti, ilman, että minun olisi tarvinnut ottaa myyjään yhteyttä.

Kello ei todellakaan ollut erittäin hyvä kuten oli ilmoittu. Ajastin ei toimi ja takiometrin numerot on kiillotettu pois jne.
