Ich habe sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht, solange die Ware direkt aus Hongkong verschickt wurde. Tolle Produkte und super Preise. Lieferung schnell und unkompliziert mit Sendungsverfolgung, bisher keine Probleme mit Zoll. Bestellungen aus EU-Lager kann ich nicht gutheißen, da wurden zwei Mal falsche Dinge geliefert. Aber wurde anstandslos ersetzt. Der Service reagiert schnell und ist sehr kulant. Insgesamt bin ich aber sehr zufrieden! Macht weiter so Cigabuy!

Puoi monitorare il tuo pacco con il tracking e gestire le tue consegne direttamente comunicando richieste ed esigenze. I prodotti sono originali. Peccato solo che non ci siano tutti....anche se ogni tanto il sito propone offerte a tempo con sconti interessanti. Buona la gestione della raccolta punti.
