Overpriced jewelry with really bad quality

Overpriced jewelry with really bad quality. I ordered the Filomena bracelet and I received it a week ago. After less than one week of wear the chain under the pearls is already green. This has also colored the pearls on the sides making them look dirty. Today I noticed a thin string of metal coming out of the locker. It’s like a needle which is a hazard. Parts of the locker are already silver instead of gold. I am really disappointed about the product but also about the persons who promote this brand. Despite their nice designs this brand is a waist of money. Very disappointed.

Terrible Service and No Accountability

I had an awful experience with Cinco and strongly advise others to avoid buying from this company.

I ordered an item that was meant to be delivered via DHL. I clearly left detailed delivery instructions for where the parcel should be delivered, but those instructions were completely ignored. As a result, the item was never received.

When I reached out to Cinco for help, they showed absolutely no concern and refused to take any responsibility for the failed delivery. Instead of supporting their customer, they dismissed the issue entirely, even though I did everything right on my end. I provided accurate information, left delivery instructions, and still ended up with nothing.

The lack of accountability and customer care is shocking. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect Cinco to help. They’ll take your money and leave you in the dark.

🚫 Avoid this company at all costs. There are plenty of trustworthy businesses out there—Cinco is not one of them.

We would like to reiterate that we have done everything within our reach to support you in this situation, including contacting DHL and following through with the necessary investigation. That process has now been concluded.
However, we must respectfully reinforce two key points:
- Our shipping method is based on hand delivery with signature. This ensures security and traceability. Any changes to this method—such as authorising delivery without a signature—can only be made by the recipient. Once this is done, responsibility for the parcel passes fully to the customer.
- By confirming such changes with DHL, you accept responsibility for the new delivery method. In this case, the instruction you gave—to leave the parcel in the letterbox or at the door of the apartment—means you assumed the associated risks.
You also mentioned that similar situations have occurred with deliveries from other companies, which may indicate that this option is not the safest for your location.
We fully understand your decision to maintain your claim with DHL. Should you need any further information or documentation from our side to support your case, we remain entirely at your disposal.

Absolutely loved the pieces I ordered

Absolutely loved the pieces I ordered, especially the maxi hoops. I’m extremely picky and often times don’t believe photos on sites resemble accurate description, however, I can assure you their products are even nicer on. The customer service is wonderful as well. Highly recommend!

Warning to USA customers

Warning to USA customers: I ordered an 18k gold necklace from Cinco, which wasn't my first purchase from them. Unexpectedly, I received a few DHL notices via email and text that I had to pay a duty payment within 5 days to receive the merchandise. I contacted Cinco through the customer care link on their website, but no one contacted me, so I have to pay the duty payment before the 5th day window period or they will return the merchant.

Great experience, even the sold out items are quicky replaced in the website to allow to buy them on demand. Items are usually delivered really quickly. I can only recommend.
