I honestly want to reiterate, DO NOT USE THEM, they have absolutely no concern for the upset they cause and no morals, you will get burnt by them especially with licence to occupy contracts...avoid like the plague, seriously

I was looking for properties and was contacted by Emilija. She was so nice and trying to find a place for me.
I didn’t make a contract with Emilija but if I have a chance to move a house, I'm going to directly reach out Emilija.

Guilio made everything super easy and hassle free. Would recommend going through this company to anyone struggling find a place

Beware - their properties are falling apart, getting contractors in to fix things is near impossible, you are signing a license agreement not tenancy agreement which means no locks on your doors and not deposit protection. They will tell you that bills are included and then they will take hundreds out of your deposit at the end. My mattress was bloodstained and the floors black with dirt, they did nothing but admitted that the do not check or clean rooms between tenancies. They enter the property and your room with an hours notice to do viewings.

Dont do it, you will regret it.

Be very wary of the positive reviews — the estate agents ask you to leave a review before you’ve even moved in, meaning that the reviews do not reflect the awful experiences of living in a CityAcommodations property.

I lived in a house managed by them for a year and it was a miserable experience. In brief:

- Unprofessional and unresponsive: we dealt with a multitude of maintenance issues, including many stretches of having no hot water, no wifi, and no working oven, and it was very difficult to get a response from anyone to have them fixed, despite being bounced around to different people who gave different answers. They also failed to give adequate notice of estate agents showing the property to people, which led to estate agents without identification letting themselves into the property without warning, which was frightening.
- You have very limited rights under the license agreement: I signed because my situation was urgent and then sorely regretted it, and they intentionally make the agreement expensive to get out of (you have to pay £250 to exit, plus your usual rent payments until they or you find a new acceptable person to take over the agreement). You’re better off finding a property with a tenancy agreement (instead of a licensing agreement), which gives you the legal rights of a tenant.
- Listings misled about bills being included in the cost: They only covered bills up to a stated amount which was well under what would be reasonable for a five-person household, although we didn’t have the expertise to realise that at the time, so we all got hit with hundreds of pounds in bills being taken off our deposits at the end of the tenancy.
- Issues like mice and mould were not swiftly or effectively dealt with: property management blamed them on us having poor hygiene despite those clearly being long-standing issues before moving in (existing evidence of mouse holes etc).

I would never live in one of their properties again and would recommend that nobody else should either. The rooms are very expensive and absolutely not worth the trouble of having to deal with the unnamed and unresponsive admin people behind the email address.

Very dissatisfied and alarmed at the way this company operate. Picked up keys on Saturday to move into new property. Despite the attempts of three people, we could not open the front door at all. Phoned, emailed and text but no response from agent so had to depart with van load of stuff, source other accommodation, store property etc. Agent responded to email on Monday but denied there being an issue with door. Requested a full refund and cancellation of agreement but agent has refused. They are sending a contractor to review the lock today, 6 days later! So have been homeless for this duration, unable to access the property at all and they still refuse refund or cease of contract. Do not use this agent!

Do not use them!!! It’s a scam!! They steal your money, me and my friend put a holding deposit down being told it was a tenancy agreement but turned out it was a licence, they can give you one weeks notice to move you to different accommodation, they will move you into these nice looking rooms sell you a dream and then ship you off to a box room having to still pay the same amount. They should be ashamed on themselves I will be taking this further with a solicitor to take this place down

Very much recommend! When I was struggling to find a room, Giulio helped very quickly. From offering a virtual viewing to make sure I didn’t fall behind other clients to meeting us in a heatwave to view the flat in person for confirmation, I felt safe every step of the way knowing Giulio was there to help and answer a WhatsApp message even late in the evening. Thank you Giulio for your patience, flexibility around contract dates and being very informative!

Be aware that most of the comments are written before moving in or just after as the agents pressure to leave a good review asking several times. The age is do a great job in the process with visits and helping with documents but the conditions of the house are really bad. Most of household appliances doesn't work correctly and it takes several months to be changed. The admin don't really care about and takes a lot to respond. House as humidity and the general state of the house is really old and bad it would need some works but they absolutely don't care

Dominik showed me around the flat I will be renting. He answered all my questions and was very helpful.

After the process, I was contacted by admin where they responded quickly to my questions and informed me on what documents they need. No issues from me, they were helpful and understanding of my situation

Put an enquiry in on Thursday night in spare room, got a virtual viewing Friday lunch time. Dominik gave me additional information and went the extra mile for me given my particular circumstances and first time on the rental market, signed the room that day. really easy and helpful every step of that way.

Good agency : Dominik made sure that I could see the property before asking me to move forward with the agreement. He also helped to solve any issues that I faced while moving forward with the contract.

City accommodation are very helpful to find a place that suits you. Giulio was very helpful and responsive during my move-in process.

Dominik was great! I had to book the room very quickly so he was fast to response and set up a viewing in a few minutes after our call. Everyone else was very cooperative to get all the documents sorted.

Just rented a house with city rooms . The entire process was facilitated by Dominic who was outstanding and smart in doing his work. The timeline was quite fast and great
