when i had an issue 4 years ago i still remember it the admin didnt want 2 fix the laggy music bot and laggy server and instead he said that i dont buy from them anything ever again and that there are plenty more ts3 hostings around lol

Website and servers are down for over a month now. Does not reply to emails or tweets (can be seen active on twitter @Clanwarz), just ran with the clients money. I was a client since 2013. It's a real shame because it was great service up until end of 2022.

Spent a boat load of time with him to set up our Quake live server for this years convention. Server and cp down and now paid till October they left us hanging and ran with the money. Will never trust them again. BEWARE!

Ever since i first ordered a teamspeak server from clanwarz in 2019 with musicbot, it was riddled with issues. The control site for the music bot kept going down almost every day and i had to make a ticket so it'd be up and running again. It got so frustrating i cancelled the bot and just kept the server, which this year has been up about 10% of time after weeks of being offline. It would not stay up for more than 30 minutes at a time. I have nothing positive to say about this provider.

Can't recommand.
Servers going off and on.
While stil having to pay, can't say im a fan.
Can't be right having to pay for a product, you only get some of the time you paid for.
Not a way to run a firm, or atleast making happy customers.

Here we go again... Servers shutting down every half hour..

Guy reports everything is back to normal after a winded speech about personal problems that no client cares about when they have to pay for a service that they are not getting..

They scammed the payment for our server fully and ran. They basically took our money, closed our account and stopped responding to all messages after we paid.

We had a server rented which stopped working for well over a month, they did not respond to anything after the initial ticket in which they said they were doing something about it- After getting fed up they never answered about queostions regarding refunds and cancellation of service

I placed an order and got banned.
Luckily I didn't pay yet so they weren't able to take my money and run.

Server went down for days, made support tickets and they were closed. He called me and sounded drunk explaining that his employee died and that he's give us a credit for the next month. We paid a year in advance, he never kept any of his promises, he was ranting about how people were dying from "The Jab" Dude stole everyone's money and left.

I've been a TeamSpeak client since Nov 22. I noticed the TS server was down on 1/24/23 and submitted a support ticket. Jay responded quickly and said it was a license issue and hoped to be fixed by 1/26. Today, (1/28) it looks like their web site is offline.
I've just signed up with another site for TeamSpeak.
Too bad, they had great reviews for many years.

Service been great over past year but my Teamspeak 3 server is down for the last 4 days. Manually rebooting make the server up to 15 minutes but impossible to maintain a steady connection. Tickets are not responded to, their live chat is unanswered. Server been up 24/7 since 2014 and almost a decade of service is being unanswered by their support or sales department.

I've had a Clanwarz Teamspeak 3 server since 2014 (8.5 years) and in the past the service was pretty reliable with only 5 tickets submitted to their support in all that time, all handled in a timely manner. Recently (Jan 23rd 2023) all Clanwarz Teamspeak servers began crashing multiple times per hour. As with many customers I seen reports from, I'd submitted support tickets and called and left voicemail for their support group with an (uncharacteristic) lack of response forthcoming. I could not find any information posted on their website or on any of their social media or forums. It turned out that 12 hours after I submitted my first support ticket I did receive an email letting me know that the issue was related to licensing with an ETA to resolution of 24 hours. 24 hours later I received another update with an adjusted ETA of a further 24 hours. However, those responses did not go into their support ticket portal where I was checking for updates and it was several days before I checked my email and discovered that there had in fact been updates sent to me. Finally, eleven days later, on the morning of Feb 2nd, the service was restored and I received another email update. I have decided to stay with Clanwarz. In 9 years this is the first real service downtime I've experienced. I'm hoping that it won't happen again for at least another 9 years!

I have bought the TS3 server from Clanwarz because I saw many good reviews here but when it came to reality when I was not able to login to server even after many restarts, I created multiple tickets but they did not respond to any of them. It has been more than 1 week and still no progress to solve the problem.

I highly request each and everyone, do not waste your money with this vendor. Go search and verify for another one and save your time and money.

[EDIT on 29-1-23] My ticket to support got closed without any reply, response or sign of live. Still have no idea what is going on, but we moved on.

I was reading the good reviews and found that they were not legit. All the poor reviews you see are the real deal.

We have 3 servers down for over 24 hours now with no support. 0. Once the owners funds run dry they will move on. Sad that one of them have over $1000 of player base donations that will never be refunded as we have them donate direct, that was a mistake. This has been going on for years, I drove many clients to use CW as a host for a long time. Last time it was mentioned he was upgrading? Without sending out notice? And most of the time the servers go down the website is down also.. At least for those that know how to reset on the site, can. I feel bad for those that do not. It is obvious this involves multiple servers.

So sad Jay, you even responded to a previous review like you were shocked.

What a fantastic game server provider Clanwarz is!! I will be 100% be using these from now on! The other big game server providers were not interested in helping me at all, most of them haven't even replied back to me yet.

I ordered a game server which is 10+ years old, and within minutes of placing my order, i received a message asking to come and chat so they can set up my server, and jay the legend personally helped me set it up exactly how i wanted. We've been chatting on discord for 3+ hours! You really don't get that effort from any other providers.

Was looking to get a Valheim server set up right when the public test release came out. I was quickly in a discord call as the server was being set up. While we ran into some issues (as the test build had literally JUST released) support worked quickly and promptly to get everything set up for me and my friends to enjoy. Great service all around.

Although this is a global company, their support is always top notch and very quick to engage to fixing my specific issue. It's uncommon to get this level of support every time. I definitely appreciate it.
