why is this company not registered or appearing on company house? Why is it on your website it says your phone lines are open 24 hours a day but no one ever picks up? Regardless of covid does that mean you have no staff working from home or even a few staff in your office to answer phone calls? You have the worlds most expensive cars and your telling people you can answer your phone lines? Furthermore the address seems to be fake but I will be going down to the address on the website tomorrow to see if this 'company' does exist and based there. Too many filthy scammers and scums out there people. Rather be safe than sorry and be scammed.

I’ve tried so many other supercar hire companies, but always find myself returning back to Classicparade for one simple reason; consistency. The friendliness of the staff, the quality of the service from start to finish, the wide range of exotic cars; modern and classic, the great condition of all their vehicles and more importantly, affordability. Hassle free prestige car hire company with strong customer service focus from both the delivery team and owner. The car was punctual and well maintained when delivered to my home. Most importantly I received the car I booked with a full tank of fuel. Thank you guys.

BAd service... ALL good until I returned the car and I have been ghosted since even though I have £3000 with this company. This is very bad service. Will never use again. My calls don't get picked nor do I get replies to my sms or even whatsapp messages. Before I paid I used to get replies within an hour at all type off hours. All of a sudden, nothing.
DONT GET TEMPTED BY THE PRICES. YOUR DEPOSIT WONT COME BACK AS THEY ASK FOR BANK TRANSER.

Effortless to set up rental of the BMW M. Agreement was fast, response to all enquiries was good, easy process picking / returning car. Happy to put forward classic parade supercars.

The only prestige car hire company who respond to my enquiry straight away. Very focused for the entire rental towards my needs. All employees involved from initial start through to delivery and collection were exceptionally very friendly and informative.

I designed my nieces wedding with a classic Aston Martin from Classic Parade for her wedding day!

We were fascinated with the attention to detail Mohammed provided.

A week before the special day, I received a called to go over the detail of our requirements! We were even asked if there was to be a bottle of champagne in the car.

Delivery was 15 mins early, the Aston was pristine and equipped with champagne, water, umbrellas .. all the small things that made the service 5 Star.

Worth every pound.

Good people to hire from. Had a nice Aston Martin for my fathers birthday. Andrew was very helpful with arrangements.

Ordered a weekend luxury car hire for my wife as a birthday gift. I was a bit concerned as the company hadn't been great at replying so got in touch the week before to confirm everything was going ahead and was assured that it was.
On the Saturday the car should have arrived at 9am, it never turned up. Spent an hour trying to get in touch with someone, finally managed to after 10am (despite the website saying the phone lines are 24/7). They apologised but said there had been a mistake and the booking have not been entered properly so didn't exist. They offered to try and get the car out to us but by then it was too late so I asked for a refund.
7 weeks later I am still waiting for my money back, both the initial payment and the security deposit. Thankfully it was made on a credit card so they are now looking into it and I should be protected but had I paid via bank transfer or debit card I'd be stuffed.
I was also offered a complimentary day of a car hire to make up for the mistake, needless to say this hasn't appeared and enquiries about it are ignored.
I could accept the mistake on the day, although it was gutting, I can't accept the fact they haven't repaid any money and haven't honored their promise to make up for it with a free hire.

In response to the reply below i would be very worried about your record keeping if you cannot find me in your system, perhaps this is why you never repaid the money you took or kept your promise of a free hire. My reference was 190402/CPDC, if 'Tim' really exists why doesn't he get in touch to explain why your records are so bad they cannot find someone from a few months ago.

Further to the second attempt to try and intimidate me to take this review down, do you know what's also against the law, taking someone's money and knowingly not providing the service or giving a refund.
Go ahead with the legal action, I shall provide my credit card statements proving payment and the e-mail correspondence with your company before and after you failed to provide the car or the refund.

Very happy with our hire arrangements. Andrew his people were on it from start to finish. Very organised and friendly. We hired the GTC 4 Lusso over 6 weeks. exceptional experience and service to match, look no further.

Hired a Lamborghini hurracan performante from Classic Parade... the hire experience was seamless and a fantastic. Andrew who runs the company was very helpful in my selection, gave a very good customer service and I had a good deal. They delivered the car with a goodie bag and picked it up when my hire period we over. The car was excellent to drive and was in pristine condition. I would recommend Classic Parade to anyone looking for a good hire car, good deals and great customer service.

Amazing mclaren hire as a surprise for my husband booked 6 months in advance the car I wanted had a fault the day before but Andy worked very hard to get a replacement for delivery on the day and we were not disappointed. He always kept in touch and was very patient with my barrage of questions! Thank you wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you.
