Best service I've experienced from a supercar hire company this year. Will definitely be using them again

Andrew and his team are simply fantastic. I took out a Lamborghini Huracan for the day in London. When I arrived the car was being valeted which was a great start to the rental experience and set the tone for high quality service. Andrew took me round the car and highlighted any areas of wear or tips on how to drive (perfect if you haven't driven a Lamborghini before).

The car itself was a dream. After studying the market the Huracan excelled on all my presumptions in terms of performance, comfort and general road use.

Upon the end of the rental the vehicle was examined and checked out. I received my deposit back within the stated timeframe and will be sure to use Andrew again!

What a fabulous company. Initially I wasn’t sure which car to go with for my sons birthday present. Customer service were very helpful and spent time helping me pick the perfect one. We ending up choosing a Lamborghini, and boy! What a car!!!! Came in perfect condition clean and tidy withno scratches and reasonably priced. Overall he was absolutely overjoyed and it was well worth every penny, I’ll definitely consider using this company again and would recommend.

Perfect car company. Received my car on the same day of booking with no aggravation delivered to Heathrow, and last minute service is good. Thanks to Anika at classic parade - my holiday was priceless. The value is insanely competitive as well, cheaper and more accommodating than the other providers.

Evolve Now put on a special football event for sports related business owners to help their local sports clubs with donations. So very nice of Classic Parade to cater for 12 of our guests and making it happen despite it being a busy weekend for them.

Hired an Aventador SVJ for the weekend. It was the only one I was able to find in Europe because it is a new supercar which has only just been released. Andrews team was really helpful all the way with getting the process sorted. Would recommend classic parade for general Supercar hire and would use again. Vincent.

Twice now I had the Lamborghini Performante. Such an amazing experience! My dream is to eventually own a car like this, what better to truly test drive it by having one for a couple days to drive around and have a real feel of ìt before parting hundreds of thousands. Looking forward to another few hires this year. I would highly recommend Classic Parade to anyone looking to hire a supercar for any occasion. Fantastic car, first class service! First class treatment from the moment your chosen car is delivered. staff are all polite and knowlegeble of their supercars. If it is your first time driving or hiring a supercar simply ask and they will give you extra lessons on the car and even reccomend the best driving roads for the type of car you are renting. They are good at customer service and retention. Ask for Mo - he´s the man there.

My experience was a straight 10. The porsche was fully fueled on time and freshly valeted. The vehicle paperwork was fast and hassle free. We drove the 911 Turbo S and it was everything we expected and more. We were advised to arround the lake district and boy was it the perfect car fo rthe job. Perfect car for the perfect trip. Thanks to Andy and Tim for getting us up and running.

Was on holiday with my fiance in London and hired a Lamborghini Urus to surprise him because it was birthday weekend. We loved the car! Andrew also threw in a little surprise bottle of bubbly and a note in the car when it arrived our hotel too! Thank you for the best weekend.

I hired a Bentley from these guys year in Scotland and I have to say everything was perfact. No troubles, easy to speak with, delivery was fast. The Bentley was a new 2018 model and box fresh, I was very happy with the simple courtesy and attention to detail of all of the whole team and I will definitely be hiring again from Classic Parsde when I visit Scotland.

Excellent Company! Classic Parade was a pleasure to deal with, completely earthed, up to date with their cars and they planned a nice route out to ensure that we enjoyed the car to its full potential. A very friendly family run business that let my friends and I spend quality time with their super cars for pictures and laughs. We embraced the opportunity to hang out with their staff and cars without putting money down to hire. Friendly fun loving company.

After leaving a negative (but factual) review last week on google I have since received a barrage of texts, calls and emails from The director (who's name I am not allowed to mention on this but you can find him all over the internet).
His messages stated that if I didn't take my review down he would write negative ones of me. I have screenshots of all of his messages, threatening to leave negative reviews about me and my business if I do not take them down (which he has since done).

The director (who's name I am not allowed to mention on this but you can find him all over the internet) is likely to follow up on this review with a response accusing me of sending abusive emails etc. I sent 3 emails to classic parade, all polite and to business standard. the first was my initial inquiry, the second was a follow up and the third simply said ‘FYI’.
After some investigation it appears that he has done this to many others who have been unlucky enough to use his business.
If you are unsure if I am telling the truth click on all the 1 star reviews for classic parade and read what he has been doing to people. Ask yourself are we all lying? Are his responses professional? Is this someone you would want to hand over money to?
And also take into consideration the following facts?

- can you find this firm listed on companies house? if not,do you really want to hand money over to a company that you cannot find on companies house?
- The garage shown on his website does not actually belong to classic parade but it’s a knightsbridge Garage holding local residents cars
- Classic Parade doesn’t have any assets hence it doesn’t own any cars……

Whatever you do, stay as far away from this as you can. I have been a target of negative reviews online ever since I posted my review and this is continuing month after month. they have done exactly the same to other people.

Classic Parade have tried to reply to this review to say they have no record of me (as they appear to have done with other people who have posted negative reviews), yet i have plenty of evidence of correspondence to demonstrate otherwise.

My Original Review:
Absolutely awful customer service.
My experience went as follows:
I spoke to someone originally and asked if they rented cars for a day rather than over the weekend. He proceeded to tell me that that is exactly what they specialise in, how I can rent a car for any 24 hour period and he ran through options for the date I had in mind.
This all sounded great and he then asked that I follow up with an email. I did so.
I received no response to that email so I followed up with a further email. Still no response.
A few days later I called again and spoke to a 2nd person. I explained the situation and was told that they don’t do day rentals only weekend, I again gave my date (April) and he said he found my email and would come back with options for me ‘within ten minutes’.
This never happened and I still didn’t receive any response.
I then called a third time, and spoke to the original person who again apologies, told me he couldn’t understand why they hadn’t received my email and waited on the telephone whilst I forwarded it for a second time. He confirmed that he has received it and that I would receive a response shortly with some options for my date. I asked that someone come back to me either way as if they couldn’t help I would need to look at other options.
I again received no response.
I finally called for the 4th time and spoke to the director again. he tried to blame his colleague who was apparently meant to get back to me. I asked that I be promised a response for the date I had given, I had wasted 2-3 weeks on the process already and just wanted to know if they could supply cars for my date in April or not. His response shocked me. Apparently he wasn’t even in the office as it’s a summer business so they don’t operate in the winter. Firstly, April isn’t winter. Secondly why on earth would you provide a quote through my American express concierge service and not to me directly. And mostly importantly why would you say you can help in the first place and string me along for weeks. Not the way you run a business.
